I ordered from out of state and had such a pleasant experience with the staff and owner/manager — they went above and beyond to make sure I received the correct item right before my trip (short timeline of 3-4 business days) and were super friendly. Just shows how dedicated they are to good customer service. Highly recommend.”

“The owner and her staff are truly one-of-a-kind! I came in asking for help with styling my very first wig and I immediately felt welcome. They were able to get me into the schedule very quickly! She took her time, made sure I was comfortable and loved everything she was doing! She gave me great advice and the confidence to upkeep the wig and to continue to style it.I was nervous since it was a wig for a cosplay, but the owner and her team made me feel relaxed and excited! I would definitely recommend this shop! They also have such cute clothes and accessories! Had to grab a dress for the road!”
“I normally love American eagle. I’m just mad about this one thing. They didn’t have my size in these cargos and so I ordered 2 pairs online at the store and the employee didn’t repeat the address to me so now I probably won’t get them ever. It would take one second just to repeat it to me but nope and now I will never get my package. So if you’re going to order at the store like I did, ask for them to repeat it because they don’t even try. The address they put in wasn’t even real.”

“Lots of items to comb through. Some items are just cheap others are 2nds. Have broken zippers or missing buttons. All though prices are cheap. Be careful to notice if it has a whole or stain or broken pieces. If you want a good deal. Be prepared to comb through alot. Not a quick shopping trip. Although check out is usually a quick process. You can sign up for their text messages and they will send you discounts and coupons.”

The clothes & the jewelry are amazing.The ladies that work there are so nice.One time when I was there.. it was just one of those days and apparently it showed.When I got home, there was a wrapped bracelet from the lady and a note just reminding me that bad days don't last. It was very thoughtful.”
“I went into this store for the first time today after moving here, and I was highly impressed. I’ve been a constant shopper of Buckle for years and this store was top tier! The employees were quick to greet me, and ask to assist. They offered help during my shopping time, and were all so very sweet! “The young lady that was working at the boutique when I stopped in,was friendly,and very belpful!? I was impressed by all the variety of unique things they had! My only complaint is this store is is extremely high priced on all their merchandise!! I know Boutique's are usually little pricier,but their beyond that,purses starting at 50.doll,tee shirts are at least 40 doll,and I mean just an ordinary shirt with a saying or pic on it,nothing extra special!..etc.,that's why I gave them review rating of 4 instead of 5.”

“This Old Navy is always put together very well I'm not sure that's because no one shops there or their staff is just that excellent at recovering their store every day but it's a nice place to shop I highly recommend it probably one of the highlights of the North point Mall all together”

“I have to say I visited ROSS store today, 3/4/26.. And the store looked really well-organized, neat and clean. Checking out was quick. There is a Security Guard there working, I didn't get his name. But he said he is a Army Veteran.. He was super courteous. super professional, just a wonderful person, and when he asked to check your receipt when exiting, he was very nice and professional. This was at the Rangeline Store in Joplin Mo.”
“Love the customer service! Only complaint is that it’s really short staffed and when they’re busy with someone else or at the cash register, i have to wait for a dressing room or to get something down. I see the same 2 people every time i go in. Would love to see the vibe in the store go up.”
