    “The owner and her staff are truly one-of-a-kind! I came in asking for help with styling my very first wig and I immediately felt welcome. They were able to get me into the schedule very quickly! She took her time, made sure I was comfortable and loved everything she was doing! She gave me great advice and the confidence to upkeep the wig and to continue to style it.I was nervous since it was a wig for a cosplay, but the owner and her team made me feel relaxed and excited! I would definitely recommend this shop! They also have such cute clothes and accessories! Had to grab a dress for the road!”

They didn’t have my size in these cargos and so I ordered 2 pairs online at the store and the employee didn’t repeat the address to me so now I probably won’t get them ever. It would take one second just to repeat it to me but nope and now I will never get my package. So if you’re going to order at the store like I did, ask for them to repeat it because they don’t even try. The address they put in wasn’t even real.”

    “I would shop here every week if I could. Update: I went in there one day after receiving the postcard in the mail offering discounts. when I got to the register she asked for the postcard. I had left it in my car so she asked for me to go fetch it for her. I went and got it and then she asked for an email or my phone. I told her I didn't have one so she refused the sale. I haven't gone out there again.”

    “I have to say I visited ROSS store today, 3/4/26.. And the store looked really well-organized, neat and clean. Checking out was quick. There is a Security Guard there working, I didn't get his name. But he said he is a Army Veteran.. He was super courteous. super professional, just a wonderful person, and when he asked to check your receipt when exiting, he was very nice and professional. This was at the Rangeline Store in Joplin Mo.”
