“Matt went far beyond what we expected. We took 2 smaller packages in first to be shipped. When we told him we had 2 other large packages in our van, he immediately asked if we needed some help. Since my wife and I are elderly (I’m 81), we really appreciated the assistance. Matt didn’t hesitate at all to help. He’s an outstanding employee at the UPS store that we use frequently.”

“Cant remember the Lady’s name that works at this post office most of the time, but she is a stand up gal, and hung in there with me and gave me updates on a package that was lost in transit for about 5 days. She did everything in her power to make sure it landed safely in my hands and that is how a postal worker should be! I am forever grateful!”

“Hands down, the best post office I’ve been to. The woman working Saturday was extremely helpful and very kind. I would definitely come back here for all my mail needs. You can also get packages delivered here if you have a PO Box. They have lockers in the lobby. And a Mail Drop off box at the curb if you want to swing by after hours.”
“First I would like to say I was upset when I entered this store. Not at the employee but google maps for taking me to the wrong place, but I am here so now I am invested. Reggie was working and so nice and helpful and was able to get me what I needed. He was personable not transactional and smiled. Before I left, I done forgot why I was upset and he had me laughing. I appreciate you Reggie, there needs to be more people in customer service like you. They are lucky to have you.”

“This isn’t the usual post office that we go to, but we happened to be on this side of town and would not have made it to another post office in time. Sean was sooo helpful! Cutting it close on time, Sean helped me with my packages and made sure they would be sent out! I cannot thank Sean enough!”
“I've had problems multiple times of my postal carrier not shutting my mailbox and leaving my mail exposed to theft and the weather conditions such as rain. I've called multiple times, left notes in my mailbox for the carrier, filed complaints, and nothing has never been addressed. The carrier left me a note once saying my mailbox needed repaired. There's nothing wrong with my mailbox as it's like new. The carrier just won't close my lid till it snaps closed. She won't deliver my mail also if there's someone parked in front of my mailbox either. I have to wait till the next day to get my mail. It's so frustrating, but what else can you do when dealing with the post office.”
“Helpful, located downtown but across from a parking lot. Very easy to get to. Lady at the desk was very helpful and breaking everything down and making the process very easy for me. The most painless experience ever. Changed my opinion on snail mail!”
