“This place was beyond amazing! I met Dylan a few months ago and told him what I was looking for. Well, today was the day he contacted us and told us he got exactly what we were looking for AND within the budget we wanted to stay in. Within a matter of just a few minutes... that's right minutes we were out the door and driving off with the truck! Thank you so much Dylan for being respectful, considerate and treating us more than just customers.”

“Grayson, his family, and his crew were very helpful in our finding the right truck for our family. Quick in response, respectful, obliging to our family, and patient with our needs. If problems arose, they were solved. And, they were great even after the sale. Our vehicle was clean and in great order upon receiving it. They added a little or fixed this and that if we were concerned. I am already starting to tell my friends about how they should come to C. Cox for their vehicle needs. Thanks for all the help! God and Jesus Bless!”

“We had such a positive experience dealing with Brian at GL Tucker. We bought a truck from them, and the transaction went very smoothly. We knew we were dealing with an honest business from the minute we called to inquire about the vehicle until we walked out with the keys. There was none of the usual haggling, adding on of extra fees, finding out the truck was not what he represented on the phone, etc. Instead only a positive, honest, full disclosure experience, and we highly recommend you check out their inventory and make the call--you will be glad you did.”

“I don't typically leave reviews, but exceptional service deserves recognition. Colton, Amy and Greg made my buying experience one for the books. I contacted Colton on short notice off social media to purchase a vehicle located more than three hours away, and I drove to look at the truck immediately buying it without hesitation. From start to finish, Colton was professional, dependable, and executed exactly as discussed. He exceeded expectations and went well beyond what was required to ensure the selling process was completed correctly. If the rating system allowed it, I would give them all 10 stars. I recommend GLS Auto LLC without reservation to anyone seeking reliable vehicle. When he commits to a customer, he gets it done. Mr. B”

“The absolute ONLY reason for this high of a review is for Kyra from the Joplin office. I wish I had gotten her last name. She has been the only one in a 52 day time span that has not left my issue just go. This is whether it was Joplin car mart or corporate. Thank you so much, Kyra. YOU are truly appreciated.”

“This is for the parts guys. I work at a garage in Springfield and our Subaru dealer rarely answers the phone or has anything in stock. We've been ordering from Fletcher and the experience has been phenomenal. The guys are knowledgeable, friendly and always answer the phone. Pricing is even better. Thanks for the fantastic service!! ~J&S Automotive”

“8-14-26 We were car shopping spent about an hour at a (different carlot) horrible car lot. So we left went to one it just closed and seen Newman's was open I asked if the explorer is for sale the gentleman told me no it's not theirs but the 2017 Ford Edge was theirs the price was whole lot cheaper then the explorer from the last dealer took it out for a drive it drove nice and looked nice give them $2000 for them to hold until Saturday morning because bank closed. Went back Saturday and paid them and drove away with the Edge I would probably buy a truck from them but they didn't have any I liked but we are very pleased about the edge”

“We love our new kennel! Leslie was awesome to work with. She worked closely with the Derksen to design exactly what we wanted and even walked me through what she had on the lot to show examples of the colors and options we had chosen. She provided updates on build status and checked in after delivery. I can't recommend her enough! Additionally, when we purchased the kennel, Derksen was using a silver color paneling for the run. About a week before we received ours, Derksen released a new black option. We were so jealous that it wasn't available when we purchased. On the day of delivery, we were shocked to see they built our kennel with the black panels. The kennel is gorgeous. We are so thankful to Leslie and Derksen!”

“Ethan was very professional and wasn't pushy. He was very interested in my desires for a vehicle of my choice. He made himself available to me even on his day off. He was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Once I decided on a vehicle he worked with his management staff and presented my offers and I felt he was working for me to get the best deal possible. Once we committed on a vehicle Ethan worked with Chris the business/finance manager and it was a seamless transition and Chris was just as professional. He took his time and explained every step of the way. He worked and reworked the numbers as I kept changing things up. He stayed on top of everything and the whole process was simple and absolutely zero stress involved. Great company, Great deal and such a family oriented group of people. Always willing to help each other. If you are looking for a great deal with excellent customer service look no further then Roper Used Cars. All there vehicles appear to be top quality. My Truck I purchased met everyone of my needs and more. I will use and refer folks to give them an opportunity to supply them with their next vehicle purchase.”
