Came in with a Galaxy S10+ that kept restarting, ended up getting a new phone. Jeffrey ordered the phone since they were out of stock. I received the phone in 2 days. Came in to have everything switched over, and to buy a screen protector and case. There was 2 other customers needing help before me and he was acknowledging each customer and working with them. He was very nice and courteous. Y'all need to give him a raise.

The worst customer Service imaginable. Went to pay off and upgrade a phone on line 1. The inequality trained "manager" Russell W put the funds on line 1 to pay it off but, then went to line 2, which is a hot spot, and added the phone along with the contracy. When told he had made a mistake he said, "just put a new sim card into the hot spot, its fine" Well its not fine. The credit for the old phone, up to $800, which he took. He processed on the hot spot. So it may be lost. He had the nerve to charge a $55 restock fee for his mistake, that's not okay. His help for fixing his mistake, other than blaming everyone else was to say ," go to a corporate store" Has taken me all day to get his mistake fixed. Report. Dont ever go into this store. They need to be shut down.

I had been to the Joplin Rangline location twice to purchase a new phone. I understand they're busy but I was in the building for 30 minutes and not one of the 5 clerks even acknowledged me. I went back the next day and waited another 30 minutes til someone even asked to check me in. The man who did help me acted like I was inconveniencing him and eventually I left without purchasing anything. I decided to try the Carthage location and the experience was a total 180 from my previous ones. Luis (from Monnett location) was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He managed to help 3 of us customers on his own and we were each greeted as we walked in. He was great and I really wish he had been the one to help when I first sought assistance.

We got two new phones and a few days later decided we needed better phones. We never took the phones out of the boxes. When we asked to change phones they said there was a $55 per phone restocking fee. Buying new phones didn’t remove the fee. When asked if that could be waived the rep rudely said if you don’t like the business go somewhere else. Was not concerned or willing to see what he could do. Recommend using Joplin because they will work with you.

Went and traded in my boyfriends phone for an $800 trade in credit and got offered free AirPods just pay taxes, just to find out Zachary E. Employee number ZE247V lied to us. When asked to make it right, he refused to talk to us.
