We got two new phones and a few days later decided we needed better phones. We never took the phones out of the boxes. When we asked to change phones they said there was a $55 per phone restocking fee. Buying new phones didn’t remove the fee. When asked if that could be waived the rep rudely said if you don’t like the business go somewhere else. Was not concerned or willing to see what he could do. Recommend using Joplin because they will work with you.

Went and traded in my boyfriends phone for an $800 trade in credit and got offered free AirPods just pay taxes, just to find out Zachary E. Employee number ZE247V lied to us. When asked to make it right, he refused to talk to us.

I was helping my grandmother get a new prepaid phone. It took 3 At&Ts and this one in Carthage did the trick! They were super helpful and knowledgeable to get her phone setup and working. Excellent experience!!

They’re a mess. New people at the Carthage, Mo AT&T store and service is terrible. Wife spent 2 hrs there just to get a new phone set up that we purchased online from AT&T. Then we got the bill. We were billed $1743 in charges, their error, and Customer Loyalty can’t even fix the problem the Carthage, Mo AT&T store caused. Only resolution was I had to pay the full balance for the new phone that was supposed to be on an installment plan because the installment plan was improperly transferred to the new line by Carthage AT&T store. We were also billed a charge for an extra line we didn’t ask for. All this we had to pay before they could start untangling things. Still no end in sight as of now. Go to Joplin Corporate and don’t waste time here.
