“I can not say enough GOOD things about these humble country gentlemen !! They have litterally become my knights in shining armor. Simply the BEST most TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST repair men available !! When another repair company ( JB's ) left me with a sour taste in my mouth Steve and James of H & H REPAIR SERVICE came to my rescue. It has been a process but these gentlemen have been with me through every step. I truly can not say enough other than if you choose any other service men out there you may find yourself with regrets as I have. STEVE and JAMES may have saved my life. I was left with bare wires ( insulation burned off and told by JB's that my wiring was all good ). My motor home could have burned down with me inside. My new solar controller installed by JB was never set correctly BUT THE GUYS AT H&H FOUND EVERYTHING AND CORRECTED IT ALL !! From replacing my bad wires, calling the company who made my controller and corrected all my settings. They discovered my bad converter and then the plug it connected to that was bad. At one point they placed their charger on my battery and left it with me keeping my batteries charged until a converter was acquired. The RESPECT I hold for these gentlemen at H & H is unmatched !! In a world where so many are deceitful these guys RISE ABOVE THEM ALL !! Do yourself a favor and call Steve and James at H & H FIRST !! Save yourself money and call the BEST !! THANK YOU H&H FOR STICKING WITH ME THROUGHOUT MY ISSUES !! If I could give you 10 stars you would have it !! You have BLESSED my life with your goodness, honest and trustworthy repair service, financially with your more than reasonable rates, and finally with your friendship. Highly recommend !! “These guys were the only ones who could properly diagnose and then were willing to fix my ten year old Honda Pilot when I was passing through town on I-44 on a Friday afternoon and the engine light began blinking. They were reasonable, fixed the problem, and spent extra time doing a free test to making the cylinder hadn't been damaged by the bad spark plug they found. I'm grateful for their competence and helpfulness--everything mechanics should be.”

“I was driving from MN to TX when my battery died in Carthage and I was stuck on the side of the road. I got battery replaced but still had warning light. I then googled the closest auto repair shop and went to West Fairview Auto & Diesel Garage. They diagnosed the problem (bad aleternator) and got me back on the road within 2 hours. I was happy with the price because they helped me out of a jam and the price was fair. To me, that shows this shop is trustworthy and I recommend them highly. I hope I don't break down near Joplin again but, if I did, I'd call West Fairview.”

“So our SUV overheated 2 hours into our vacation and we stopped here to have it looked at. Long story short, we bought a new used van. JJ helped us and really listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle. It was stressful to have to shop unexpectedly for a car on vacation but JJ really made it better with no pressure. Usually, I research and spend a lot of time deciding about a vehicle purchase but we didn’t have that luxury. So, got a Honda Odyssey and took off on the remainder of our vacation not even sure we would like the vehicle. Well, JJ was right (because he listened to us) and it seemed like everyday we found something more to like about this vehicle. It fit our needs perfectly! Want someone who listens to your needs and helps you pick out something that fits what you need - ask for JJ! After vacation, we needed an oil change. Service department was great! Even remembered who we were without giving our name. I want to give a shout out to this service department because they consistently went out of their way to help us so we could have a good vacation!”
