“Broke down 1 hour from home, towed to a different repair shop who referred us to Lambeth. They diagnosed the problems they found, mechanic also highly recommended we get engine rebuilt. Didn't want to pay more than car was worth to fix. They were very accommodating to let our vehicle stay on lot a week until we got it sold. Kalista was super friendly and extremely helpful. If I break down near them again, will definitely use their shop.”

“I was driving from MN to TX when my battery died in Carthage and I was stuck on the side of the road. I got battery replaced but still had warning light. I then googled the closest auto repair shop and went to West Fairview Auto & Diesel Garage. They diagnosed the problem (bad aleternator) and got me back on the road within 2 hours. I was happy with the price because they helped me out of a jam and the price was fair. To me, that shows this shop is trustworthy and I recommend them highly. I hope I don't break down near Joplin again but, if I did, I'd call West Fairview.”
“Common sense goes a long way. Give them factual info on what is going on with the car and they do a very good job of addressing the issue. Adding things that aren't factual only hinders the process.
I do consider this a good shop and knowledgeable and very patient as they dealt with me, and it wasn't even my car, and I became aggressive based on 3rd party info. A conversation with owner cleared it all up and I was left feeling like I should. Trust these guys, but give factual, not made up problems.”

“Other review is garbage. that guy didn't buy that car from k and k and he never paid fully for the car. k and k did work on it, installed a used tranny and soon after found the pcm was bad causing trans issues again. could not immediately get a computer so he got a refund of his down payment from the guy that sold it to him. he also had a loaner car during this time from the gentleman that sold him the car. he can say what he wants but he was not a customer of k and k.”

“I have had Fast Monkey work on my truck twice, 1st was an oil change that was done free because I am a veteran, 2nd was replacing the heater core. Dropped it off Tuesday, called Thursday to let me know they were almost done, I was out of town, so I picked it up Monday. Everything works great.”
