We are so happy and grateful that we chose this vet to take care of our Miss Birdy (Miniature Daschund). From the front office and tech and the doc, we are beyond pleased with them. They were very informative on the things we don’t know and helped us understand hi mow to take care of her.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Making an urgent appointment was seamless and we were able to be seen in a timely fashion. Dr Grundy is exceptional. She is so caring, so knowledgeable, and so warm. Our cat was doctored so well and we left with such good feelings.

My dog always has a happy face when he gets done here. Other places he has anxiety when we go in, here he didnt have as much. They treat your animals like their own.
Consider them for all your pet needs!

Was not happy when I was in need of flea and tick chews they were not helpful unless I was a member of their community of veterinarians and I was just a pedestrian off the road so good luck to you all who are members I hope they treat you well other than that it's not worth your time to go into a place that's unwelcoming to just regular pedestrians that is my opinion

Spent all night in the Springfield emergency clinic. They close at 8am. They did a great job of bringing my poor Duke back to a stable condition. All I had to do was transport him to the clinic I use. I admit I got there early. However 11minutes before they open he passed away. The lady in the lobby seeing me pointed at her watch. I left voice mail and tried to contact the people that were supposed to care about people's pets. They claim to be "heads and tails above the rest" they are too above and beyond to care only about their own wants. Several times both girls looked at me with distain and hate. As if they just didn't want to deal with this today. Being business savvy in the customer service industry I can say with confidence that no one there cares about your pets when it actually matter. They are money hungry and not interested in actually being of service. If your pet has become part of your family, save them from this place. I beg of you. For your little family members. Seeing me in the parking lot stressing a caring person would ask if there was an issue to help with. An inconsiderate person would just glare at you like an inconvenience....

Maybe not the cheapest vet out there but definitely the most professional I've seen so far! Very clean and very spacious. Never had a problem with the receptionist, vets, or vet assistants which is something I can't say for others. Parking can be a little tight sometimes so keep that in mind if you have a bigger vehicle.

My dog got a massive cut at the river, I will say the initial exam was fairly priced and they got him in very fast. The doctor had very little bedside manner and had me feeling very stressed out believing there was another issue. She recommended xrays but wanted to start antibiotics for a few days beforehand. When it came time his leg looked much better so i asked if xrays could be waived. After completing everything I assumed it would be cheaper than the estimate considering xrays were not preformed. Instead I'm told that a lot of her day was dedicated to this procedure so i was to pay to compensate for that. When asked if I could see an itemized version I was told by the front desk lady I have to pay first then I can see it. This seems very illegal.
In total i had paid 500 dollars for stitches and a drain, when I came to the follow up 4 days later I'm charged an additional progress fee for removing my dogs drain of 45 dollars? Shouldnt a follow up for a 500 dollar procedure be waived?Personally I think they'll charge you for whatever they can find. Odd to me that the additional cost tacked on to my bill was exactly the same price as the xrays I asked to be waived. I would not recommend this vet clinic to anyone personally.

My daughter and I brought her cat Kiki to you guys last Thursday. I'd like to thank you and all of your staff. You were all very helpful and professional. And sensitive to the situation. You all did all you could do. Unfortunately she just couldn't over come her sickness, or the years. And crossed the rainbow bridge this afternoon... That being said... I was very happy with the staff, the visits and the care she received. I will be back. And I will definitely recommend you to others
Again, thank you all so much...

Just got back home with my puppy Bane! He came in today to have a check up after being found on the side of the road! Every member of staff I encountered was so kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I really appreciate the team here at this location. They made me and Bane both feel so comfortable and we enjoyed all the ladies !
