I've been a Cricket Wireless customer for over 15 years. Got a text on my phone several times about adding a line. Went to Cricket to look at their phones. Asked a lady who was having extreme difficulty hanging ohone cases. Shes needed assistance she.
Took 2 workers to hang up phone cases. While leaving 1 dealing with the line of customers....... this mf hanging cases..... basically looked at me looked at the phone and told me even for the cheapest flip phone in the store ... you know the phone
from 20 years ago.... the cheapest phone they have in the house....... that I would need to be spent $285 to get another line added . That the deal cricket continued to send me basically, wasn't real........ almost $300 for the worst phone they have??? to somebody who's been a customer this long ???? she's running off customers. I didn't even make it to the register. Before she was spewing high numbers for a 40 dollar phone. She ranted off "CASE SCREEN PROTECTOR, PHONE, PHONE BILL AND NEXT MONTHS PHONE
BILL". Without ever leaving the cases she was desperately struggling to hang up. I walked out, went to Walmart got me a new phone and plan. They keep sending text deals and putting out signs but go inside.....

The store is so easy to get information and access to a cell phone. If you need it, go in there and speak to Angel she’ll set you up.

Went in to the store to use progressive leasing for a new phone they took the hole amount for phone an exercise out of my bank account leaving us flat broke they supposedly refunded the amount of the phone they can't refund the exercise still haven't seen any money put back in my account.

This company is a nightmare, writes a client, he is no one who does not know what he writes, I abandoned Boost mobile and this new one seemed good to me that does not pay attention to contracts but uses AT&T towers, I went up the stop and apart from the line page a Mooxe to always have internet with me, everything was nice and perfect at the beginning, then the unjustified bad connections started, I couldn't enjoy it, I couldn't consume it, a mooxe is similar to a cell phone, with the difference that it doesn't have applications, so which one Is the reason for such bad service? You also want to talk to a representative and call, one should prepare for long waits, it is normal, what is not good is that it happens all the time, this company is good but very down.
