I enjoy the mix of Crossfit, and Hyrox classes that the gym offers. They also offer childcare and weekly Yoga sessions. The gym atmosphere is great and coach's are encouraging.

I live down the road I was offered to come work out, but I’m weird with people, but I see those people out there look like a community and really getting at it. That’s one thing that’s missing is community when it comes to gyms and helping push each other. This one seems to have it going.

I throughly enjoy my time when I stop by the gym while in Carthage. Great people, great equipment, and it’s always a good sweat.
