Called one week for a 1000 gallon tank was told just 75 dollars a year and when called the following week to actually start service it jumped to 300 year and 200 setup fee.Because of this companies dishonest quote of service under the belief I was able to get a tank for 75 a year and no mention of these extravagant fees, I asked my existing company to cancel service and thankfully I should be able to cancel the cancelation request.I would advise anyone to find a better and more honest provider. These folks are not it.

We had two service appointments scheduled and both times no one showed up or called. We called multiple times trying to get someone to call us back and no one would.Horrible customer service. Would absolutely not recommend this company.

I am new to the area but have dealt with Ferrellgas on three occasions. First to set up my account and twice since to fill the tank. When opening the account the staff was both friendly and professional. The account opening was an easy and satisfying experience. Both times that I ordered a refill the staff took my order in a friendly and courteous manner. The delivery people come and go in a very timely way and have also been very friendly. I would have no problem recommending Ferrellgas to my friends.

ordered a refill and was told it would be filled about 2 weeks later which is bad enough but then they did not even fill it by then. Was told for days I was going to get it and no one ever showed.

I attempted to switch to Ferrellgas for my two tanks, 1500 gallons total. Opened my account 11/7, scheduled for delivery on 11/19, they didn't show. Called 11/23 to see when I should expect my deleivery, still no answer. As of 11/30 still no propane, had to call again, waited 20 minutes on hold, hung up, tried again, finally got a hold of someone after another 10 minutes, to tell me my tanks we red tagged on 11/26, no idea why. Keep in mind we have had these tanks filled by a different provider for over 5 years, past inspection and are operating just fine. Not one person contacted me to tell me any of this. They told me that they would need to fix the issues with my tanks and would get me a quote to do so. No thanks. I'll go with someone else who wants to have me a customer and can communicate important information to their customers and doesn't add extra charges for no reason. Good thing I wasn't low on propane. This place is a joke. I was hoping for better service from such a large "customer focused" company.

Ferrellgas employees have all been kind, considerate and efficient for all the 15 or so years I've been with them. They have always been patient and given me respect whenever I've had to call for any information or help with anything. Their delivery person is efficient and friendly, and he likes my dogs! The Ferrellgas prices are in line with the norm, and they offer several options for payment. What more could one ask of their propane delivery company?!?
