Sad to see what was once the nicest GW go downhill. Years ago this little store was like a boutique. The employees were nice, hardworking, friendly women who kept this store set apart from the rest. I walked in the other day shocked by how dirty, unorganized, and lacking it's become. So disappointed.

imma be so honest, ever since they’ve had change in management and majority of the staff, the pricing is all over the place. why on earth are yall selling used candles for 6 dollars now? i hardly come in here anymore because the pricing is just vastly different than it was before the new people started working there. 10 dollars for dirty nasty old converse? yikes.

I was greeting a friend right outside of Goodwill (Napier jewelry Boss) when an employee stormed to find me at the entry and very aggressively accompanied by a transgender person asked me to leave for yelling at his customers. I explained to him I was greeting a good friend and that he was mistaken, he refused to accept my story and called the authorities and had me arrested. I was released after a 24 hour hold without charges. I'm never going back to this place. I happen to be the owner.

They charged me for the same product twice and when I tried to return it they gave me a lot of buts because I no longer had the label but I had the invoice

Today I shopped with my teen daughter at the Carthage, Missouri store. I have shopped at this location for many years, since it opened in this area. I have shopped with my children there MANY times. Today, my daughter and I entered a fitting room together as we have many times before and were surprised by a knock shortly after. An associate informed us that we were not allowed to have more than one person in a fitting room at a time. I awkwardly protested that I was her mother, but complied and stood in the doorway of the entrance to the fitting rooms. While I stood there, I looked all around at the posted rules for the fitting rooms. I saw nothing stating that fitting rooms could only be occupied by one person at a time. I have never in all my years shopping there, ever been scolded for assisting my daughter in a fitting room. I hope it was worth losing a longtime customer to uphold a rule that is not even posted. Disappointed!

I use to love this store now, they no longer accept returns or even exchanges and their prices have really gone up. They use to have more half price days but not anymore. Arkansas is about the same distance and their Goodwill still offer exchanges or store credit and they still have half price on certain tag color and in Sundays the weeks half price color is a $1 and another tag color is half price so, this is where I now do the majority of my shopping. My friends and I head to Arkansas and make a fun day of it.

Last time i was there was about 8 mths ago. The prices on the clothes are rediculas. (Were) I can buy the same from Walmart for same or cheaper.I'm going back to Goodwill today. I'm curious to see the prices. Hopefully the ppl there won't be the same. The workers were generally snoty. It's interesting to see how others deal with the workers snotyness. Some take it, some don't. Snotyness IS a word?
