Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Carthage, MO Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. Customers buy lumber, light fixtures, cabinets, tools, and concrete. The staff are excellent and very knowledgeable, always approaching to help so customers never have to search. Many describe a great customer service experience and highly recommend doing business here. Lowe’s is usually helpful, though the self-checkout process can sometimes feel inconvenient. Overall, it is a very pleasurable experience for home improvement projects.

Will drive to Carthage to use this Lowe's every time over Joplin. Staff here are excellent, always approach you to ask what they can do to help, never have to search and find someone. Very pleasurable experience coming to this store over the other.

Lowe's app online does not work well. Tough to make a payment if you want money applied to a specific purchase.
