I can't really say too much about the storage units I haven't rented. I can say however that we try to rent a U-Haul from there. And the truck was so nasty & unclean

We rented a U-Haul and everything was done via the app. Very easy pickup process for the truck but you do have to submit several photos when you return it.

I have been renting storage here for six months. They stole 1/2 plus of my belongs. It was a calculated and time consuming job for them. I would never Recommend this storage. Not only did they take my belongings, charged me $60 mo rent. This is a TRUE story, don't let it happen to you! ??????????

Fantastic people with some great grounds and storage units at reasonable prices. Between the code locked gate, friendly staff (including some lovely pet friends), and easy to access units, you can be sure that I will be renting from them for a long time!

First time storage unit renter, shame on me for taking their word that rodents weren't a problem! Moved a few things in at beginning of 08/22, came back couple of weeks later and noticed mouse droppings across tubs. Saw one scurrying out the back wall and realized all the access points. I was told the mice were from busy soccer fields across Fir Rd with school starting, someone else was in the unit before me (not true), and other excuses before offered another 10' X 20' unit in an even newer section. Same structure design; same potential problem! I was moved out within 24 hours and found more mouse droppings and candy from somewhere under a shelf! I showed them these posted pixs; no response. They don't accept credit cards, monthly surcharge for autodraft from checking account, Mickey Mouse business operation - even without the rodents included! Perhaps nice people, new units, but FYI for RENTER BEWARE!

I called several times over three days and no one answered. I left several voicemails with no returned calls so I went elsewhere.

Since the new ownership took over in 2021, I would strongly recommend against doing business with them. Please read the fine print before signing up for a storage unit if no other options are available.
