Went in today to make change on my account and there was no employee to be found. He came in after 10 mins of me and another customer waiting he was at a store behind metro getting food and left the store un attended.

The store was extremely hot. Just sitting there in the chair waiting sweat was rolling off of our faces. They charged us a service fee for basically doing nothing I questioned them about the service fee and they said they charge all customers that fee anytime they do anything to their account even after I had just paid the activation fees for the new phones

Grayson was very helpful in getting my mom a new phone today. Was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He got her set up with a plan she wanted. Highly recommend!

All they do us rip people off! The only way you're safe is if you just go in and pay your phone bill. Don't buy anything.They will rip you off every time! If I could give them no stars I would! I don't see how people could be so disrespectful. It should be a crime to treat customers that way!

Turn and run the other way!! Bad store and horrible customer service..also overpriced monthly plans..dude working today had gloves and mask on but proceeded to rub his nose and not change his gloves. He was also rude and hateful. Metro you should get rid of this guy plz!

Great experience! Love my phone, love the service and thought Levin was extremely nice taking time to tell me and informing me of all about phone I need to know but also keeping me entertained while waiting to get everything prepared. Thank yo. Phone is perfect!

if anyone is thinking about changing Carriage to MetroPCS I wouldn't waste my time because that store has a incompetent store manager along with this staff and we will be changing carriers soon I guess instead of making things right they would rather screw their customers over on phones accessories and everything else they know nothing about customer service all they do is take money and disrespect you and I'm try to make you look stupid and think they're pulling something off on you but that store manager in Carthage knows who he is he's nothing but a smartass but you know what I think my wife showed him up today it showed how incompetent stupid you guys are you bunch of con artest and further mote I hope you guys go under I've got lots of friends out there

PCS is the most useless cellular service ever. The young man in the store was helpful but the 800# for customer service is ridiculous. Nobody seems to know how to do anything. Would definitely not recommend PCS to anyone.
