Received a defective item and owner adamantly refused to accept a return. Instead told me the item is final sale (which you have to search through the website to see) and told me instead bring it to Patagonia.Did not even ask for pictures to see the item and claimed it was not defective when shipped. Horrible customer service.

Bought some Christmas gifts for the Wifey. The store was stocked with all kinds of goodies! Got the chance to meet the owner, Heather and her sweet momma. Denise helped me with my selections and I found out that one of my neighbors, Emily, also works there! Needless to say, my future gift shopping just became a whole lot easier! Many thanks.

I was very disappointed to say the least. I made a purchase through Instagram because they kept popping up in my feed and I finally ordered a pair of shoes. After a few days I got a very different tracking number than the one I had received on the initial order and so it was marked as delivered! I never received it. Even though the tracking I formation said that it was placed on my front porch it was never dropped off. I have cameras and went back to look for the day and absolutely no one came by to deliver my package. I tried to call and reach out to the store explaining to them that the mailman had placed delivered on the tracking info.; it was not delivered. I opened an I quirky with USPS and they got back with me saying that they would investigate and that meanwhile I should be able to file a claim through Instagram; that I should also hear back from store management so they could help make it right and at least offer to reshoot the item. I stead they've ghosted me and have given me the run around. I would never buy from them again. It's not the money that I spent; it's the principle of not having any customer appreciation to retain me as a customer.

Shout out to Revel Boutique in Carthage MO. These ladies are so thoughtful and kind! I had a wonderful experience there a few weekends ago. They are so helpful to help you find just what you are looking for. These ladies are so uplifting and kind. I can’t say it enough! A couple weeks after stopping in they sent me these shoes as a surprise thank you for shopping with them!

Went in for my first time. Didn’t have a problem coming in and shopping until I had to pay upfront.. the worker had not problem leaving me there waiting while she walked away and decided to help a new customer that just walked in. I felt second. I just felt for a lovely boutique they were unprofessional. Took way longer than what it should have to checkout. I was annoyed and almost just left my things. Don’t really rate but I wouldn’t really want to go back. This was my personal experience

UPDATE: I was eventually sent a replacement of the item that I ordered/never received. I am updating my rating in result of receiving the product that I ordered, but am still very disappointed in the process it took to get this solution. Mistakes happen, but the customer should not have to go through a process like this to receive items purchased.ORIGINAL POST: I have yet to receive my item that I ordered online. The tracking provided shows that the item was never received by the post office, and this was over 2 weeks ago. I contacted their customer support after giving it a week, and no solution has been provided ... just excuses! So I paid for an item that I never received and was given NO alternative solutions. Very disappointed!!

I struggled with this, I liked everything about the store except for the staff and their service. They were rude and mostly just very condescending... I was shocked at how those girls behaved. Customer service should always be number 1, they acted as if they were doing us a favor by helping us! My money will not be spent there. There are many lovely boutiques in Joplin and Neosho that understand how business works.
