Absolutely terrible, came here for breakfast waited 20 minutes for the super sonic breakfast burrito. The burrito was damn near empty. I opened it up and it had a whole slice of tomato thrown on it and a hand full of jalapeños at the end. Nothing was spread out or mixed throughout the burrito. Not to mention the little bit of egg on the burrito tasted burnt. I also ordered picante sauce, it wasn’t in the bag so I clicked the button and asked for more. I was reassured it would be out to me shortly. After 5 minutes and watching 2 other people get their food I said screw it and left.

Once AGAIN food was horrible couldn't eat the fries hard and way to much salt! Ordered a DOUBLE bacon cheeseburger extra onion, I got a single, no lettuce, no onion and one slice of bacon that was burnt till it was hard as a rock, 2 super sonic breakfast burritos, 1 had everything they are supposed to EXCEPT sausage, the other one had eggs and tomato that's all, the receipt shows order correctly.This kind of stuff has happened multiple times and when we call all we get is the excuse of "we are short staffed" short staffed or not the order should be correct, I can understand maybe taking longer to get the order out but to constantly get the order incorrect to the extent that this store does on a regular basis is pathetic and for the management to make excuses and not make things right they will not get anymore of my money!

Cold fries, condiments applied to sandwiches might be found with microscope, and tomatoe slices were not from ripe tomatoes (although they strangely red in color).

Employees are always really nice & food is good & usually exactly what i asked for... Now drinks are another story. Since moving to the area a year ago, Almost Every time I've ordered a drink with cherry in it I do not get real cherries. So I've started asking for real cherries when I order. They repeat it to me and even CHARGE me for the "extra" real cherries. But I never receive any real cherries at all in my drinks.yes it's on my receipt as charged. Went last Saturday evening . Bought two rt 44 cherry vanilla Dr peppers with extra real cherries. She played it back to me. Cost $8.97 i believe. Gave $12 & told her to keep it. Got home 5 miles away and no cherries in either. So I paid extra and gave a $3 tip for once again No cherries.

Placed an online order, ordered the wrong thing. Wanted the chicken dinner but just got the chicken. I was confused so I told her i wanted the dinner. She informed me that i didn’t get that. Instead of saying “i can get that dinner for you and you can pay the difference.” Poor service and I will not be going back there!!!

Seams that anyone who leaves a review does it to complain & not praise….. this post will be no exception, but a reflection of what I’ve experienced at this location in the last three months. (I used to be an owner/operator back in the 90’s)Here’s the beef…… the food quality needs much improvement. Rarely do I get anything that resembles something that Is freshly cooked. I can remember a time when Sonic had the best food quality in the business & the entire chain has fallen from grace in the entire four state area. That being said, I’ve not gotten condiments or the toppings on my sandwich correct (ever) in the last six months without fail. The majority of my visits have been in the evenings. In the last 3 months we have visited no less than a dozen times. Managers / operators / shift leads need to really pay attention to order accuracy & the expediter need to validate each & every order before sending it out the door. It wouldn’t hurt if “mystery shops” were taken to heart.Now the good…… I’ve always had very good service at this location. The carhops are friendly, attentive & will check back on you if you’re a stay-on-the-lot eater. The drinks, desserts etc. have always been top quality. The building & grounds have for the most part remained clean. The play area could use a little more attention for clean up & maintenance. My .02¢

The staff is rude, they refused to give me the phone number to get a refund on my order, and when the manager came she told me we’d get two free meals next time we came for all the problems we had. When I came back today for my two free meals they acted like I was lying and said they could not do anything about it then finally gave me the number for my refund that I wanted in the beginning of the whole ordeal. She told me to next time make sure somebody writes it down ??? How the hell am I supposed to make sure y’all do your jobs?
