I had my mailbox taken out by someone or something. Im currently in the hospital from a neck surgery and get a call from the post master that they dont care and will start sending my mail back. Apparently the post office doesn't give a crap about people who are disabled and injured.

What i want to know is how the oldest mail service in the united states still can't seem to do the one thing that they are supposed to do. I love it that I paid for 2 day delivery and have been waiting 3 weeks for my medicine.

This is the rudest group of people I have ever encountered. I had a package that was sent via usps out of my control. I contacted the post office days before the package was supposed to be received by them and ask that they hold it for me. Wendy was hateful and said “that’s not how it works, you don’t have a mailbox or PO box “. She said she would pass a note to the postmaster who had previously agreed to let us know via telephone when we had packages delivered to them. Needless to say I received notice from my tracking number that my package was delivered to the post office so I go to pick it up and again, no one greeted me when I walked in. I stood there being the only one in the lobby for 5 minutes before I was ever addressed.I was rudely reminded that I was told my package would be sent back. I truly hope the USPS is completely out of business and replaced by fedex, ups, Dhl, at this point anyone other than usps.

Worst post office to ever ship packages through. They have lost 4 of my packages within the last month and won’t do anything about it. The lady on our route never does her job correctly and yet again they don’t seem to care. I have videos dropping off my packages here and they say they don’t have them.

best post office in the country . I never got govermnet employes treating me so well ,this was definatelly the first time . where I live (miami florida) they have no time for people . I hope they swap some miami people with those nice folks in carthage MO. I am gonna miss ur treatment ....but not the weather :)

Door says closes at 5 instead it was 430. I was there 5 minutes till just to simply ask a question and drop off a box. Refusal of service during normal hours for a post office should be a terminating offense. Screw this place. Whoever runs it shouldn’t be. People scared to work 5 minutes after closing. Stupid. How about we keep more than 1 person at the front.
