“Currently trying to quit nicotine, so I switched to refillable pods to eventually go nicotine free, and unintentionally purchased expired juice for the pods. Simple miscommunication, I was not aware discounted juices were going to be expired, but unfortunately juice isn’t refundable. I wasn’t very happy upon hearing this as I used reward points and would have had to pay $25 for one new pod and juice, but the store’s manager (I forget her name but she has grey hair) swooped in and covered the charge for me because she felt bad for the situation at hand. It was great service to see and experience because it was truly a faultless situation, and we’ve never had issues as customers beyond this.
