I love going to get my nails done here. I've tried pedicures with regular polish, gel manicures, and dip nails and they last for several weeks. The owners are always warm and inviting!

I am a patient person and they do a good job. However, I am not sure it is worth the long wait. I sat over an hour before acknowledgment and another hour to get attention. If you have a lot of time I guess they are ok.

Tested out other nail salons, they were okay. Came here and blew my mind. Very personable people that value building rapport with their customers. They treat you as an individual which is refreshing. While yes, there maybe a wait time when busy but that is because they ensure quality over quantity. But you will need a good sense of humor because they do joke and try to have conversations. 10/10 hands down favorite place.

I've gone to these people for 30 plus years and I don't talk about my kids because they are mean to me and I have nothing to do with them. The owner found out that my granddaughter had a problem with her daughter and told me to let my nails dry and leave and not come back. I cried and couldn't believe I was being punished for something I didn't do or know about. I was embarrassed and humiliated that she kicked me out and her chairs were full and everyone was listening to her talk to me very unprofessional. I'll miss getting my nails done and I'll never tell anyone else who my family is. Funny thing is she hasn't kicked the other grandmother's out and she needs to do that to them also

This place is great always love getting my toes done here but don’t try to take your hypo- allergenic poodle inside that you’re holding the whole time and they all wear mask saying that someone in there is allergic to dog dander when it’s a hypo-allergenic poodle… the way it was handled was horrible. Pretty much got jumped when I sat to wait which was totally out of character for them … I was really surprised had no intentions of letting the dog down. It’s just a four month old mini puppy… if no dogs are allowed they need a sign on the door!!!Won’t be needing their services any longer for myself but I’ll bring back my 80 yr old friend

Wow. They did amazing! The husband and wife are so funny! They will keep you laughing the whole entire time!! First time going and they made me feel so welcome! I will definitely be going back over and over again!!

I've been going to Westside nails for over 20 yrs and have never had a problem! Tia and Sang are like family! I absolutely love this place !!
