Came in to buy a mini jeep from them, all they had was the floor model left in stock so I asked the assistant manager if they would discount it seeing how it has damage from everyone sitting and kids standing on it she was very rude didn't want to call the manager to ask him questions about it to assist me in the purchase told me to come back tomorrow after I done drove 45 miles to come there today. Couldn't bother to call her manger to make a sale and satisfy a customer fyi you can order the same brand direct from Texas and on Wal Mart.com for $2200 to your door

Had to make a trip to caseville for a part for my sprayer. Harrison AR or Hollister mo. Did not have them in stock. It not like I didn't have anything else to do today. 1 hour 20 drive one way. Thank you TSC in caseville for the great help and Ms. GLENDA PRICE who check me out and the gentleman who said they only had one in stock

Most all of the employees are nice and helpful, with the exception of a few, but if they don't carry something then Do Not ship to store here. They are the worst to let you check the items in so that you are notified it is ready for pickup. Ive waited 3 days before and still had to go in and ask for it while i waited for them to find it as if they didnt know they had an item waiting for pickup. It is a hassle everytime with ship to store. I will no longer ship to store I will shop elsewhere if that is the option to get it.

Won't lie I love this store and the staff and I've noticed that every year in the front of the store when you pass the registers. Around Christmas they have a selection of various things you might want to gift and not only with good prices they're usually unique and a gift somebody will remember. If you need it and can't find it the staff will.

Always wonderful, friendly people who work there. There is always something I find in there that surprises me. Today it was the best dog toys around.
