“Daughter-in-law had made a reservation through U Haul. Was called 2 days prior to pick up that pick up location had changed from Cassville to Eagle Rock. OK so they drove from Exeter to Eagle Rock only to have NOBODY there. She was not given codes for keys and nobody was available. She spent HOURS on phone with corporate to only get run around. I placed a call directly to Freedom Sales, was told Yes no problem have her size truck available for one way today. Tell her to come and call when on site.She did that and was treated VERY kindly. And they got her the truck she needed. Thank you for being available for her and her kids. Moving is stressful enough without U Haul adding to the problems.”
