Ashley did an amazing job. She explained everything in great detail so I understood exactly what was going on. She set up my new phone with all my stuff off my old phone. She put my screen protector on, camera cover and my case. I could not have asked for anyone to have been any nicer and done more.

I have been in twice in the last month and have been helped by both ladies. They are both knowledgeable and very helpful. I got what I needed and was treated with respect as soon as I walked in unlike the monett Verizon they was so rude as soon as I walked in. So I recommend going to the cassville store and let them take care of your needs with Verizon.

My aunt and I just came from the cassville location and two of the nicest ladies in there treated us with patience and respect more than we can say for walmart. We will definitely be back next month.

We are looking for a wifi provider. There price was $90.00 a month for unlimited. That seems a little high to me. The reason they give for the price is they are not our cell phone provider. We are still considering our options.
