Upper management is extremely rude to their customers and employees. They think they are better than everyone as they work for Walmart but they are not. Their employees work hard and a very kind but management on the other hand not at all, I could say names but will refrain from doing so. Just be careful who you talk to because you’ll probably get an attitude. They also like to record and take pictures of customers if you don’t do as they ask. The store manager as well did not take a situation of harassment very seriously when brought to his attention. Do better.

We went there last Friday and was very impressed with how friendly and kind all the staff were and even commented to the store manager that happened to be there. Now today Sunday a different experience…our cashier Raven couldn’t have been more Unfriendly. Not a smile or a thank you. Someone needs to teach her that just a smile can change someone’s day…or maybe she just needs a different job.

Walmart needs to move the customer pickup to the side of the store and put customers that are going into store first. If I'm picking up an order I don't care if I'm at the side of the parking lot. Have your employees walk a little farther not your customers.
