“The employee was very very helpful and volunteered some information that I didn't even ask and my package was falling apart and she typed it for me and told me a cheaper way for it to go so I was very happy with the post office. I'm giving it for a stars because there's a free little library box in there and there's never any books in there and it should be on the outside I believe to begin with. I don't know why it's in the inside. I'm coming to Missouri from a different state and apparently in this area there's not a lot of readers. I hope somebody reads this and puts the box outside and that people actually use it. I'm a huge reader and where I come from in Southern Indiana these boxes are in front of everybody's houses and they are always fully stocked and sometimes they have little surprises in them and I would at least like to see books in them”

“This is an amazing Post Office. The male and female workers here are always kind and helpful to me. I come in a lot, and they are wonderful. I am always greeted with positive attitudes and helpfulness. Regarding the bad reviews. You can tell when people are just plain narcissistic and think that everything needs to revolve around them.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I come in at least once a week to drop off packages.”
“These 5 stars are solely for the front office lady named Terri. (I have some thoughts about who is doing the actual deliveries, but I digress). Someone stole a bunch of packages which were found and dropped off with this location months later. I called inquiring if it was possible to still come collect it, and Terri was so informative and positive, which most people know is not typical for a post office. She also followed through and called me back 2 weeks later with the good news I could come get my item, and she let me come collect outside of business hours. I hope this post office is compensating her enough to keep her around.”

“Called up here about forwarding my mail after a quick move and forgot to put that card in. She helped me out with everything and even said they can empty my mailbox and forward my mail to me. The most helpful employee I’ve ever dealt with at USPS. Keep Ivonne on board she’s a great helper ☺️”

“This place is totally different than what it was a few years ago. Whoever is now running it's doing a great job. The last three interactions I've had have been wonderful. I don't walk in with an cloud of existential dread which was brought about by the previous postmaster.
The associates have been great and I've had no problems with the mail carriers. Keep up the good work!”
