Cannot find any consistency as to breakfast . Quality and available times are all over the place. They seem to have no concern whether or not any food is served.

Update: I gave them another chance at making a pizza for us and when we got home with the pizza, it had been made without cheese and sauce on it! ?At this point, I just feel sorry for them. I am adjusting my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because they were nice and helpful despite the end result. I really want them to succeed here in Centralia. With the right management, they have the potential to be great again. I will be praying for them and would like to try again in the future under new management. ??Previous review:I just recently moved to Centralia. I have been disappointed by both the quality of the pizza and the level of customer service. Having been a customer of Casey’s for over 10 years in Columbia, I expected the same quality and service in Centralia. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I gave them 3 chances. All 3 times the pizza was undercooked and 2 of the times the treatment by the staff was subpar. During my recent delivery, the driver lectured me about not meeting the minimum purchase requirement for delivery. I didn’t understand that because I ordered a $15.99 pizza and had tipped her $5 and they charged me a $2 delivery fee. I guess what she had a problem with is that I used my 10 box tops to pay for it which Casey’s App allowed me to do. I didn’t appreciate the lecture or her attitude. When I emailed customer service that night, I have not received a response. So I recommend choosing another pizza place.

Ruined our pizzas and then call us liars for asking why there was no sauce on the pizza. The pizza was thrown out, not even edible.

They need to get a new cook one that isn't rude and isn't on his cell phone every time like this one I'm starting to think this casey's quit offering biscuits and gravy because I can't remember the last time I was able to get any here or was he willing to through some together for me
