I've been waiting for a package for almost two weeks and I have a large mailbox that can fit said package and I also have what everyone else has: a front door. I got a notification that my package couldn't be delivered due to "mailbox being blocked" which is a flat out lie. The mailman did not even try to deliver my package. This postal service SUCKS!

The Centralia post office staff are the absolute best! They are courteous they are efficient and they go out of their way to make sure that their customers are taken care of.

Apparently our mail carrier is incapable of shutting the mailbox door. The amount of mail we never receive is unclear, but even more annoying is the amount I find laying on the side of the road. How hard is it to LATCH THE MAILBOX DOOR?! Also, instead of shoving packages that clearly were not made to fit in the mailbox, someone needs to train the mail carrier to drive their little truck down my driveway, and drop the mail off. Instead I get to rip up packages, TWICE NOW, that were obnoxiously shoved into the box when anyone with sense and consideration can see they do not fit! I have had with our mail carrier. LAZY!

The folks who work at the counter are simply the best. They go out of their way to provide the best customer service possible, explaining the possibilities and prices of various rates, listening to the needs of the customers, and doing their best to give the best prices for the needs of the people. It is a service level rarely found in many places.

I rarely rate a post office but the people here are so genuinely nice, helpful and caring. I own a small online business and I will drive out of my way to shop through here because I know that they will take care of me. It is nice to be able to trust USPS again!

I'm not sure the exact title, but he used to be the mail carrier for my route, just want to say a special thanks to Doug ....unsure of last name as well he is always kind, helpful, respectful, and has seen my family go through many transitions as far as change of address, needing to mail packages cross country, and needing help understanding different ways when there is a change of how to ship things as well as insurance and delivery confirmation, and even money orders to purchase. Now and then there is an issue and we'll get someone else's mail by accident, but it is not ever a major inconvenience that can't be fixed soon after. Thanks Centralia, I love our post office/carriers. ~Emmy
