Mary Andrews is a Fabulous insurance agent that has very strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong service. I am a real-estate broker and refer a lot of my clients to her. Mary Andrews has been my auto insurance broker for several years now. She was referred to me through a good friend when I needed renter's insurance and she did such a great job (with good rates) that I switched from Progressive to AAA insurance just so I could have Mary as my broker. Mary goes above and beyond what a broker "has" to do. When your rates go up, she calls you. When your rates go down, she also calls to say "congrats!". She'll give you her cell number to call after-hours if you have questions. And once when I didn't get my updated insurance info in the mail, she made sure I had all of the necessary via email, just in case I needed it. The AAA rates are pretty reasonable, too. Back when I lived in Brentwood Forest, she even bundled my roommate's and my renter's insurance as well as our auto insurance so it was even cheaper. When I moved back to the City, Mary tried her best to get me a good rate, even if car insurance rates in the City of St. Louis are ungodly expensive. If you aren't sure who to get your auto or renter's insurance through and want to work with a local agent, definitely give Mary a call.
