After a HORRIBLE customer service experience at the O'Fallon location this morning, I called the Chesterfield location and spoke with Brianna (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She listened calmly to my concerns and walked me through several issues over the phone without making me feel rushed or dismissed.
To top it all off, they let me stop by the shop to ensure my car was safe to drive. The technician, Alex—who was also extremely professional—took the time to remove some loose, dangling parts and made sure everything was secure until I could get the necessary repairs done.
Their kindness truly turned my day around after what had been a really frustrating morning. The world needs more thoughtful and considerate people like them. Thank you both so much! 😊

The quote was off by $1,700 more than doubling the amount owed and they took almost a month to get the work done. Not to mention it took a month to get me in. Minor damage. I guess I should have known something was up with the the tents outside. Are we putting people in those during the hot summer!?
I walked outside today and noticed the paint job was absolutely terrible. I'm just disappointed. Won't go back.

It took 30 days to repair some dimples from hail. First they said 7-10 days, then later 20 days, then 25, in the end it took 30.

Overall quality of work is very high. The staff is friendly and was very attentive to a small correction that needed to be made to the repair after I inspected the work. They did what they needed to do for me to be 100% satisfied with the work which, at the end of the day, speaks volumes to their customer service and how much they value my business.

Not sure if I want tot pay out of pocket or submit a claim to the insurance for hail damage on my Lexus, but Caliber refused to give me an estimate unless I submitted a claim. Guess my friends and I will take our business elsewhere.

Just heads up , if you're taking your car here, use your insurance . Otherwise, they don't want your business. 🙄 I called two separate times which they stated similar things but this time I asked when things would slow down so I could schedule my car to be serviced there... Their response ? 'i don't know'
I had my car estimated back in May by them.

I still get nervous doing “car stuff” on my own, but everybody was nice and patient with me, it made me feel a lot more comfortable. The waiting room had coffee and popcorn. The man doing the estimate on my car was quick and gave me the necessary info. thanks!
