Best Lash Extension Place in St. Louis. All 3 locations do a great job and the customer service is excellent and consistent which is hard to find when you visit different locations.

Taylor is truly the best in the lash game! I’ve never had my lashes look so flawless, full, and perfectly customized to my eyes. She’s gentle, precise, and makes the whole experience relaxing from start to finish. I always walk out feeling confident and obsessed with my lashes. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her work and her clients, Taylor is the one! Highly recommend!

LOVE my master stylist Hannah. She’s amazing! I feel so beautiful after seeing her. She takes the time to listen and understand what you want. The reception desk has a really nice person and there was someone who could use more customer service practice, but I haven’t seen her and now that there’s a new owner, maybe she isn’t there anymore. Time will tell. Good overall.

Absolutely amazing lashes. I love them so much after I left 🥰! I get a volume set and they do fantastic and they have heated beds and it’s very relaxing! I highly recommend!

Was quoted less then I was charged, came in because I saw promotion for a $100 brand new set but I only needed a fill so when I called I was quoted $80/90 and then ended up paying 130. Not worth it. Especially for a hybrid set regardless of lengths

Jillian is just simply amazing. She is knowledgeable and precise!! I literally can NOT tell these are lash extensions!! They’re mine you can not tell me otherwise. I’ve went to many lash techs and my lash’s always fall out in a day or two. Jillian explained to me in depth how to properly care for my lashes and after 3 weeks it barely needs filling. Love her

Service was horrible. Lashes just ok. I've had better looking sets .
EDIT: Response to owner at Chesterfield location. My last visit to any Amazing Lash was your studio and you did call me the day after my service and apologized for the lash tech that serviced me . (that told you she was having a bad day that's why she treated me so crappy) NO excuse, when you work in the service industry. Mind you this is not a cheap service and is considered a luxury service for some! . However, it was just an apology no type of compensation.
Yes, your ate correct my membership ship has been on hold because I had MANY MANY credits to use up, and as I stated on our phone call my Husband's job causes for a lot of relocations and and where we are in California does not have a close location . I have visited a couple amazing lash studios Denver, Chicago, Missouri and that visit at your location was by far the worst!
I just canceled my membership about 2/3 weeks ago with a credit still to use if not 2! So I will be traveling to the Amazing Lash out here in California in hopes that its a great visit!!!
