Good evening, after having quite the negative experiences at a few other STL area locations, I decided to try one last time at one more location and was extremely lucky to have Brittany sit down with me and assist with my phone issues. She did amazing!
Next time my family and I have phone/account issues we’ll definitely be coming back here!

Brittany was wonderfully helpful. We even had an unrelated issue that unexpectedly popped up that we had no choice but to deal with while with her, and Brittany was infinitely patient. She did a great job, both in tech stuff and in making the customers--us--comfortable. Just wonderful!

We went to the Chesterfield ATT store to upgrade our phones. We have both been using XS-Max phones since 2018 and need phones that have more memory and better batteries...it was just time. Tara was the rep. who assisted us. She was terrific. We appreciated her assistance, her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. We lucked out getting her to help us! She is an asset to the Chesterfield location! Can't wait until our new phones to arrive and feel fortunate that Tara is the one who will be helping us "get to know them" and all the new features!

After months and month of going into other AT&T stores and leaving with broken promises and frustration, I was about ready to terminate my plan. But then I came to this location and found Grant, he literally was a game changer. He explained everything in detail to me and gave me his card in case I had any issues. I gave him a call the other day with some questions (cause the AT&T hotline was an hour and a half wait), he answered quickly and was available to assist me. Literally the most competent and kind AT&T members I’ve EVER WORKED WITH!!! Thanks, Grant!!!! You need a raise!!!
