It’s an okay store, though it feels a bit outdated in terms of its overall look and feel. On the plus side, I do really like the variety of brands they carry, which makes it a good place to find some deals. Unfortunately, my experience was soured by the cashier. The girl at the register was incredibly rude and seemed extremely upset to be working that day. It definitely left a bad impression.

A few weeks ago, I was in the store shopping for some random items. As I was buying my things I couldn’t ignore how the manager was treating the person ringing me out. The lady that took care of me was Dorothy. Dorothy was nice, had good customer service and also made the Burlington experience seem more like a Macy’s experience. The manager name was Deanna I believe, I guess she just didn’t want the cashier talking to me. The phone rang and she came over to tell her next time to pick up the phone within 3 rings. She had a line so I didn’t understand the logic behind it. I honestly don’t know the issue but it wasn’t pleasant seeing their interaction.

Dealt with a rude and inconsiderate employee here in the checkout who decided to completely ignore everyone in checkout line claiming it was her job to spend 20 minutes organizing hangers instead of taking the time to use the register to checkout the customers. Only after that time she turned on the light and called me over. This particular employee had ZERO skills in customer service and is in the wrong line of work.

Obnoxiously slow at the checkout. Had one person in front of me and had to wait 15 minutes. Cashier very rude.

Waiting for pay off purchases , it’s already 20 min, there is old lady who cannot work and every time trying to call other assistants, who my god , I hate this place , this is my first and last time coming here 😡😡😡
