I had my Tesla repaired for fender bender damage. Definitely didn't want to deal with it but they did a great job! They kept me up-to-date with need to know info. They handled the insurance company with the extra parts that were needed. Everything worked out perfect. They first said about a month and it ended up taking longer but that's because the insurance company wrote the estimate short so it was expected. Not Car Craft's fault. I'm just glad my car looks new again!! Thank youuuuuu!!

I had them repair my Tesla as part of an insurance claim. They were supposed to have the car for 4-5 days. On the 6th day, I asked for a status as I had heard nothing. I was told parts were ordered and would not be in for weeks. I stated I wanted to pick my car up multiple times as it was drivable when I dropped it off (dent in the hood/no mechanical issues). 3 requests of what was going on and wanting to pick my car up were completely ignored. Finally, when they did reply, they ignored my request to get my car and blamed the insurance company for not approving additional repairs right away. However, my insurance company showed me it was approved the day it was submitted. After that, I again stated I wanted to pick my car up as the insurance would not pay for a rental that long. I was again ignored. Fast forward 24 days and I finally get Abigail, the manager, on the phone, and she was horrible to deal with. She had no idea what was going on with my car or why no one had replied to me for so long. I finally picked it up and they had let the battery run down to 22%. They also left the key to the car sitting on the top of the center console for anyone to see. The overwhelming majority of this was via email, which I am happy to provide to anyone that asks.

This is my 2nd visit to Car Craft Chesterfield. 1st time was fine. Steve did the estimate in my presence. Put my car on the lift. Showed, explained and discussed the knowns and unknowns. Ordered the parts BEFORE I left my car with them because 1) it was still fully usable 2) rental car is out of MY pocket - he completely understood and worked with me to minimize the time they had my car.Today I brought my car in for a different issue. At 70 mph I straddled a huge tire tread which hit the undercarriage. There us visible damage to the bottom front air scoop trim. The lady who gathered the info and did the inspection for the estimate 1) did not say Good Morning 2) did not put my car up on the lift 3) dismissed my objections and concerns that the undercarriage should be inspected so that parts can be obtained BEFORE I bring it in and lose usage. Instead she said something like - oh well when we start work we'll look for additional damage and we never order parts until we start work.I'm seriously considering going to a different Body Shop.

I received my R1T back earlier than anticipated. Costumer service kept me informed of the status when I had questions. 2 points I would like to make, 1. They are not there to hold your hand and they are not there for anger management therapy. 2. I’m an early adapter with Rivian, which means there is a learning curve, asking questions ahead of time, doing one’s homework, helps with communications and realistic expectations. I called periodically and asked questions without nagging or demanding. They answered me in a professional and timely manner. Treat people respectfully and you will be treated with respect. Have used CarCraft Chesterfield once prior for minor rear sidewall repair and wheel service/alignment, was happy with service. Second use was more satisfying, as I squeezed my AR Stelvio into the garage over the weekend and scraped the front end, absorbing white paint on Alfa Rosso surface and black lower grill. Went in for an estimate to clean-up/buff the corner, estimate was ~ $1600 - 1800 due to labor to remove/reinstall corner module. Alternate suggestion was to attempt to "clean-up" with some solution and hand buff - looks great, no-charge, 15 mins. "We're good". Highly recommend as they are customer centric.....Service: Paint repair

I used Car Craft services through Geico for my Toyota Rav4 repair of back lift gate. The customer services were below average. They just kept the vehicle longer then it should. My car was approved for repair by Geico on 8th Feb and the part order was placed on 17th Feb (as confirmed by their front desk). I was told the part is back ordered but unless you place the order in system how can they blame it on Manufacturer. The dates kept of shifting and the updates were neither prompt nor even courteous. I will avoid this shop in future.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I gave my car for front bumper repair and the quality of work was satisfactory. However, the customer reps are very unprofessional and rude to customer. Due to their lack of communication, it took more than 5 months to get my car fixed. I will not recommend this store.Service: Body & Trim

I feel like my truck is in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The door that was supposedly fixed is heavier than the other doors and my locks lock system is not working now. Also my truck is leaking water when it rained from the area in front where they did work around my windshield. There is a noise every time I open my door now that I never had before. I am so disappointed. After they had my vehicle for a month and this is what I have to deal with? I also had more mileage put on my car that is not matching with the information that was originally marked. Had I known that this business in Chesterfield would be this less than mediocre with their business I would have never utilized them and I will never recommend them to anyone. I am in the middle of writing an email to every chain of command so that they are made aware and I am letting my insurance company know as well to release them from one of their recommendations. I selected this repair shop based upon researching reviews online and location near my house. My Hyundai Elantra GT had some door damage that required 2 new driver's side doors. The staff was very helpful in setting up appointment for repair. I was kept informed of the progress by text message and email. I appreciate the hard work performed by everyone involved from the office staff to the mechanics/technicians who repaired my car. I picked up my vehicle 10 days later and the doors looked brand new especially with the paint job. Definitely will recommend friends and family to visit here for their accident repair needs.
