We received OUTSTANDING service at this location from David. We stopped in to purchase a bike for my seven year old for her birthday. They were a bit short handed at the moment, but he took the time to make sure that she we found the bike she wanted and that it was put together. She had her bike in no time and was able to ride it out of the store. Now this is customer service! Thank you David!! 🥳

Not sure how to get ahold of Dicks directly but I had to wait for someone in the Checkout because Kaitlyn the cashier was walking around the front taking selfies with her phone…. For awhile. Do they really pay their employees to do that????

I’m sure they know it too, the store manager is rude. Pretty obvious the manager don't want customers in store. I rather pick a different store or buy online
