These guys came through when I was in desperate need of fixing a flat tire. The tire puncture was far too big to repair but they were able to source an exact match to replace my tire the next morning so I could hit the road for a weekend trip in the morning.

I pulled in at 5:05 pm with a tire losing air. They got my car right in even though they were swamped with people. I had driven over a concrete drill bit on the highway. They removed it and patched my tire within 45 minutes. They also replaced my key fob battery during that time. Highly recommend these guys!!

Staff was friendly and professional. I was checked in early for my appointment and was out the door for an alignment on just over 30 mins from when I arrived. I had just left Walmart automotive and let’s just say my experience was quite different there.
The comparison between Dobbs service and theirs left me stunned. I will be back to Dobbs because I want to. I will go to Walmart again grudgingly.

I have shopped at Dobbs Tire for many years and never had an issue. This all changed on my last visit the the Chesterfield Valley location. I was oversold, they ordered the wrong tires, they overcharged me, when I showed up to have the tires installed the 2nd time they switched to a different brand of tire without informing me first. I would avoid this store and its manager……

I had a nail in one of my tires and it was losing air fast. Luckily Dobbs was close by. They took me right away and about an hour later I was ready to go. They were able to repair the tire and was so glad I didn’t need to buy a new one. They were very courteous and helpful.
