Poor management, with one checkout person a line of over 20 customers, and management and at least one other employee sitting
in the office, this is unacceptable. If you are managing and have that kind of backup in checkout lines you get out there and help immediately

I needed to use the restroom and there was no tissue. I mentioned it to three different employees and they all acted like they couldn’t understand me, or ignored me. The final person that was asked got the key back and continued to do what he was doing, leaving in the counter top as if I just didn’t say I needed to use the restroom. I just walked out when I realized nobody was going to move a muscle to help. Surely I hope you treat customers better in the future. Horrible experience. I will not be returning.

I stopped in to get balloons for my wife's birthday. They had a good selection and I was able to pick out some I liked. When the line got long they opened a new check out lane

The manager and staff here are great! I bought a charger that did not work, and they were able to do a quick even exchange without any issue. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked and clean as well.

Great experience at Dollar Tree today! Came here during the early afternoon and there were three cashiers open. The lines moved fast, and they were sure to grab customers with a lot of items into only one lane so the rest of us had to wait in shorter lines. The shelves were well stocked, and had everything I was looking for. This location has ample 4th of July decorations available, currently. It felt big and open while you were walking down the aisles. I think this is one of the larger stores in the St Louis area, and if not it sure feels like it. No messes on the ground or anything in your way while you're navigating the store.
