Called store to ask for shoe size they haven’t and couldn’t hold. Not friendly very ignorant about it and missing out on sale say they have plenty BUT you can decrease inventory if you hold last week went in ALL evening employees were talking and no one greeted me and helped me I LEFT!

They only let you try on a single shoe out of a pair (apparently this is an anti theft thing?) This led to all sorts of confusion at the checkout when the salesman mixed up sizes…

Not sure the guys names but they were extremely helpful and patient with me. I'm really picky when buying shoes and look for defects before I buy them. They brought out 3-4 different pairs for me to look at. Found a good pair and purchased !! I was in 5:30pm on 10-24-23. Well done fellas!!??

I’m back in town just for the weekend and bought two pairs of shoes online for store pick up and it said available to pick up on the day I purchased and I arrive and this is what I walked up to (pic). Unacceptable! I’d put 0 stars if I could

Take notice how the owner of this store. ONLY responds to GOOD reviews - that should tell you something. 2. has not addressed the racial issues. - Tells me this owner is trash and i would not consider entering his store except to teach lessons in humility. etc.
