Took my car in for wheel alignment and they came back with my battery is totally dead (had no problems in the morning) but I took it to AutoZone and it passed as a perfect battery!
Buyers be aware.

I always go here for brakes and tire service. I won't be going back. I dropped my car off in the AM due to some brake noise. Keep in mind they are the only ones to have ever touched my brakes. I was expecting a phone call to say "your problem is covered by our lifetime brake warranty". No, 8 hours later they called and said there's something wrong with your brakes and it's going to cost $400 to fix. Wasted 8 hours and the problem wasn't resolved. Guy in front office was rude, probably because they are understaffed. I won't be going back here.

I made an apt. (11/8 @ 11:30AM) to have my tires rotated and front end alignment - I told the advisor I was planning to wait for the service, he said it would take about an hour. When we arrived we were told it would be at least two hours as the tech was just leaving for lunch and they only had one tech available. I needed to have this service completed for an out of town trip. I couldn't afford giving up 2+ hours of work, so we had to Uber home and back to pick up the car. We incurred $39.84 in expenses. It doesn't seem fair for me to pay for your error in scheduling.

Bought 2 front tires both ended up having bad valve stem in the front left that weekend. Had to get that one fixed at tire choice in middle town kentucky. Now on 5/26 my right has gone bad less than 2 weeks later. Trying to get you guys to fix it but yall aren't even open when you're suppose to be open now I'm stuck on a holiday weekend with a bum tire I can't drive on. Completely unacceptable. Suppose to open at 8am and can't even open in time let alone ensure your work when needed are going hand in hand right now.
So once I was finally able to get the car back up to the shop Joe ended up not only correcting the issue at hand but went above and beyond to make sure it was not only fixed but showed great character and service in a the fastest time I've ever seen done. Definitely going back knowing they back their work up through and through.

Joe was very helpful, and was able to accommodate same-day service for oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and next day fix for a few sensors that went out. We've been taking cars to another firestone in the area since 1993 and recently switched due to low staff and decline in service. I couldn't be more pleased with this location!

Great customer service. Planned on some easy maintenance, they hit a snag but were communicating with me and got resolved. Now I'm back to being a happy jeep driver knowing my vehicle is safe.

Just a heads up to everyone I showed up at 5:25 on a Wednesday when I was told I didn’t need an appointment, and they were closed. Online it shows they close at 7 which is apparently false

Worst place ever! Do NOT get your car serviced here! I took my truck here to get my high pressure fuel pump replaced. A couple of weeks later after getting it serviced, my check engine light came. I checked the errors and it was fuel pump errors so I took it back to them to take a look at it. They told me the throttle body needed to be replaced. I called my local car dealership repair shop for a 2nd opinion and gave them the codes and details and they said its sound like a fuel pump issue and if I bring it in they can take a look. I called Firestone back and told them that I would be taking my truck to the car repair shop to take a look at it and replace the throttle body, if needed. Ralph was trying his best to get me to let them do the repair. He even dropped the estimate price, but I still declined. When I went to get my car, I reviewed the receipt, (btw they charged me a diagnostic service charge) and I saw that they replaced my high pressure pump under warranty. They did not mention this when we spoke on the phone when they called. They know they did not replace my fuel pump the 1st time so they actually had to replace it this time. Ralph was also unavailable to speak whenever I called. This is unusual, he always is available. By the way, there was nothing wrong with my throttle body. Do not take your car here! They are scam artist.

I took my BMW to the Chesterfield location specifically because they have technicians who are experienced working on them and I was not disappointed. The service was great, they are very thorough and maintained communication with me while my car was in for diagnostics. I wouldn't hesitate to visit this shop, I know I will be returning when my car needs something.

Google says they are openUntil 7pm. I arrived at 5 and they were closed but there was an employee named Brian who was still there. He came to the locked door and I mentioned that I had a low tire that needed air and he was nice enough to check all my tires and fill them all! Really nice of him and I really do appreciate his kindness in helping me. Cheers
