Me and my girlfriend wanted to find some stuff for Christmas my girlfriend had to go to a funeral today and wasn’t back till 7 at 8 we decide to go to five below it was 8:45 when we got there and the employees that were working decided to start talking obnoxiously about how we came in at 9 when Walmart is right next to them mind you they close at 10 and they proceed to talk very loudly until I decided enough is enough and put the items down I had and left

So last night around 7:00pm I went in five below to get a Garfield top for my mom and I didn't know the employee name but when I went to ask her for help on where they were at she was like u just need to look but said it with an attitude but was helping the other customers except me and this is not the first time it has happened so I'm never setting foot inside a five below store ever again cause the people who work there don't care about there customers.

I have changed my review base on the nasty interactions with the guy who was wearing glasses that try to make my son pay taxes for a even exchange on the same priced items. The women Manger upheld the nonsense of her flamboyant employee. These folks should not speak to a child and behave in a manner were a personal feels uncomfortable and doesn't want to return to your location. I'm so disappointed in the level of customer service at this location. I will shop at ballwin wear they treat there customers with respect!

Best place to shop, for girls especially. Lots of good quality makeup, face masks, nail items nail polish for good prices, lots of summer items, tons of squishmellows. This place has come along way in the last 2-3 months. Really clean, friendly staff.
