The only few things I recommend and why I should not give it a 1 star is because I do not believe in them unless service is beyond help.
I have been here not only once, but twice. These are my comments:
1. Stylist are way too quick here at this location. I was in an out both times in less than 10 minutes. Sounds great correct? Wrong if your stylist is that quick, there’s a high chance there’s going to be if not one but multiple mistakes with cutting your hair.
2. The stylist don’t offer a shampoo wash after cutting your hair. Usually, I do not mind if I don’t get my hair shampooed and washed after getting a haircut I will go home and I’ll just wash my hair and get the hair follicles off my face. Offering a shampoo wash after your haircut should be a little more complementary and a little more inviting to allow your customer to come back.
3. Having all the tools necessary on your station it seems a little weird to me. There are hardly any tools for the stylist to be successful. My stylist both times just had their sheer clippers and scissors along with the guards. That was it. There were no combs. There were no brush to brush off any excess hair.
Overall, the experience was very quick and I’m not sure if that’s their business model. I highly recommend the stylist. Need to at least take their time and make sure their haircuts to your customer or satisfactory. Stylist need to keep in mind every customer who gets a haircut that is your walking billboard for your clientele buildup.
Most other places have a longer wait time compared to great clubs, which they have hardly any weight time which makes it nice and convenient. However, that’s not always the case.
This can improve being in and out your haircut can lead to mistakes hence why I had to go somewhere else the next day to just have my hair cut fixed and my haircut is just a simple crew cut. The easiest to never mess up.
So if you’re planning to go to this location, I just highly be careful about how quick in and out you will be and watch how your hairstyle is cut.

Had a great experience. Went in on a Friday afternoon without checking in online, they were busy but quick. I don't remember the lady who cut my hair but she did a fantastic job. I love it so much and will be back to see her.

I usually have a good experience at Great Clips, but unfortunately, my recent visit with Sebra left me very disappointed. I came in with clear instructions and even showed a reference photo, but the cut I received was rushed and she cut off almost all my hair like I asked her to shave off my entire head. She didn’t seem to listen carefully to what I asked for and made very little effort to double-check or clarify before starting.
The experience felt impersonal and a bit careless. she was distracted and didn’t take the time to make sure I was happy with the result. I walked out feeling frustrated and honestly a bit embarrassed by the haircut. I won't be booking with Sebra again and hope the location takes more care with customer service and stylist training.

Since this location changed ownership is going downhill, $22 just for a trim, my hair is straight and I realized after I got home is very uneven. I miss the other stylists that were there for years and knew what they were doing. Seems like here every week there are different ones. Honestly after this time I am not coming back!

So they charged me $22 per kid and same rate for adult. I had my three kids that got haircut. I thought it’s $18 or $20 for a kid hair cut. Plus I paid them a good tip today. I should have inquired about all the charges first but I’m pretty sure other locations have less rates.

Truly awful haircut and my hair is straight… very uneven. Didn’t even want to ask her to fix it because I think she would’ve just kept making it worse. My face framing is now just sections of hair cut straight across the bottom at different heights… not blended at all and somehow ended up angling all the way to the back of my head???

Very unprofessional ;
She is so annoying , didn't cleanup side properly and she became so rude when I asked second time to fixed it and she made worse: I m regularly cust6sjnce 2019 but new staff full ofattitude no skill: I would not recommend this is as good place .

I had a really bad experience with the stylist Chris at this location. She was very rude and very unprofessional all because I didn’t want to give my information for the computer, Chris said okay you can get up now I didn’t even get to see the back of my hair before I left. My haircut is super uneven and my layers are choppy. I’m so embarrassed to even go out. Don’t go here!

Love this salon! Stylists are very friendly. All the new changes are wonderful! Very clean and inviting! Chris is an amazing stylist! Always does a great job! Taylor, Paula, Kelly, Kim and Miranda are always friendly! I really enjoy coming here!

We’ve been coming to this location for about 9 years for kids haircuts. Brittney & Sara have been really great with our boys (especially when they were very little & apprehensive to have their haircut). I appreciate how hard they work. We’ve seen them deal with rude customers with grace. They deserve an accurate and kind review.
