This salon is nicely set up, clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I always receive amazing service from Linda. The stations are open concept and easy to get to and around. I never feel like I’m avoiding stylists or elbows.

Tiffany is wonderful! Everyone working there is so friendly and professional. The receptionist is so efficient and a hard worker! I’m so happy to get my hair done every 6 or 7 weeks to get pampered

I'm a straight 39 yr old ultimale and very modest lol Matt was a class act very personable and friendly he held a conversation with my son, fiancée, and I while cutting my hair to the perfect look for my engagement photos the next day, all while taking constructive criticism from my better half. I had a lady that cut my hair at another place but each time I showed up to my appointment several years in a row I always had to wait up to 15-20 mins for my haircut very boring....Ultimately I'm a very routine person and changing up things in my life are very rare because I am the type of "if it's not broke don't fix it" but when my appointment was botched 2 days before the photos I had to scramble for a new place. This place was amazing very clean very neat a lil bougie but mostly professional I found my new hair cutter lol. I recommend you check this place out... btw my fiancée said ultimale isn't a word and said I sound cocky but I'm working on my comedic come up. Hope you like the run on sentences comedians don't use periods.

This is a nice salon. Most beauticians are not even taking new clients. I tried Tiffany because she was available. Gave her 4 chances to cut my hair. Two chances to color Color went ok Went in for just slight shaping two times before visiting my daughter and had to have it trimmed again - mostly the neck line because too long- - every time by a salon in VA Hmmmm? I should have gotten the hint. She didn't understand a wedge. So..... I let the hair grow out to way longer than I wear in order to have plenty to work with.. Went in yesterday with two photos. I asked if she could cut to match. "Absolutely ". NO WAY IS IT CLISE. My hair is butchered. A SHORT WEDGE??? NO Oh and when I said I'm unhappy she got offended. "Im just honest", I said. "The photo shows sides cut at ear HOLE! and you cut up at top of ears !"AND THE SIDES DON'T EVEN MATCH !!! Oh BTW she said "we should not do this again!' And it was not CHEAP. Watch who they give you when you call
