Nice selection for what they carry, and the product itself is solid. The main downside is that it’s a full-priced retailer in an outlet mall, which feels out of place when you’re expecting outlet pricing. Larger sizes are also limited, which is disappointing. On top of that, having to pay for a shopping bag is an unnecessary annoyance. Overall, decent store, but with some frustrating drawbacks.

H&M has very stylish clothing and fun staff that care a lot about helping customers find outfits they will feel good about wearing!

No manager to help. Unable to take the correct size off a mannequin. Very unhelpful staff. Lost a $400+ sale. Pretty poor policy. Very disappointed kid.

This is a nice store with a good selection, though the H&M locations in Europe do feel a bit more polished. That said, the prices here are usually quite good for the quality, so it’s definitely a favorite stop.
The young lady at the counter was very kind and polite, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Found a skirt I wanted to buy. But the only one in my size was on a mannequin. Wouldn’t remove it to sell it to me. Apparently this location doesn’t actually want to sell clothing.

Ridiculous experience. Long lines, requiring "membership" sign up at registers for discounts making the wait even longer. Absolutely horrific customer experience. Do better.

First of all, the hours on google are wrong. They close at 7pm. Second of all, employees were extremely rude rushing purchasing shoppers out of store before it was even 7pm. Saying “you really need to make your way to the checkout now” at 6:50pm.
