Contacted Jason at Hellbent Performance Off Road to get a price and possible install of Leveling Kit for my 2016 F150 so I can do some Overlanding. Jason put together a couple of prices for me with a couple of options and it came back surprisingly competitive, ... actually lower than the competition in town. I asked how long it would take to get into their shop for service and again they surprised me with an earlier than expected install opportunity. I jumped on it and they have now installed the leveling kit and it has exceeded my expectations. Excellent Customer Service, Professional Installation, Friendly/Professional/Knowledgeable Staff, and I'm thrilled with the results. I highly recommend. I wasn't looking for a monster, but received a somewhat stock beast that drives and feels awesome!!! Thanks Hellbent AAA+++

Installed wheels and tires and shocks in the front of my 4Runner. Bad advice from everyone there even though the owner’s wife had a 4Runner. Wheels and tires were not mounted and balanced correctly. My steering wheel would shake violently. Brought my 4Runner back to Hellbent where they admitted to the mistake only to have them ghost me. They said they would get me new tires from Nitto via warranty but never came through. I wanted different tires from the jump, but they insisted on the Nitto tires. I had problems with everything they “attempted” and have since brought my 4Runner to a legitimate shop for a full lift, as well as many other performance upgrades without any issues. Nearly everything they tried to install has been removed from my truck aside from the Method wheels they apparently couldn’t screw up. These guys were shady, weird, and honestly I got a bad vibe immediately. I should have gone with my gut… my honest advice would be to avoid this shop.

No complaints. Did a great job and had my truck back to me less than 24 hours,my suspicion is they stayed late for me bc I authorized the work at 2pm on a Monday,he ordered my parts to come within few hours same day, I was told truck would be done Tuesday at 9am . They contacted me at 830am saying it was ready . Great service ,truck is riding so much better . I will be back again . Thanks hellbent for not being like most other shops !

Jeep owners. Don’t waste your time with the dealership. These guys are crystal clear with you from the start. Very fair prices and quotes that are present to in a non intimidating, easy to understand way with clearly laid out charges for labor and parts.

Called about a particular firearm I was interested in, but they didn't have the item in stock. Offered to order it, told me what day it would be in. Texted me on the day the gentleman had stated it would be in. Drove out, completed paperwork, passed background, left with my new firearm. The whole process was just very customer service oriented. Great job!!
