Overall, HI-NRG is a place where families can enjoy classes, celebrate special occasions, and foster a love for fitness and fun.
My 5th grader started aerial silks a few months ago and was in love immediately! She is instructed and encouraged with kindness, and regularly asks if she can sign up for more days of the class.

My two daughters are in Hi-NRG gymnastics — my elder daughter is in the Girls Gymnastics while my youngest and I do the Toddler & Parent program with Miss Michelle (we LOVE Miss Michelle!!!). Both girls have improved leaps and bounds in strength and coordination, and they are having a blast while doing it!
