I was very fortunate to have Zack in Lumber working with me. He was so professional and very patient! It was such a pleasure to see such high quality employees working at my Home Depot. This is a great location for Home Depot for me and the people are very pleasant and kind of side. They have a lot of people to help you out, as I just returned an item and I was in and out in less than five minutes.The return process was simple and easy even though I had store credit they put everything on my credit card. I do recommend the store to anyone in the area.

I was looking to buy a gas trimmer because the battery powered ones just are not powerful enough and you can only go so far before you recharge. They only had battery operated trimmers, in fact they don't carry gas powered mowers, trimmers furnaces or stoves. They told me they where a pilot store for only electric appliances. You would think a hardware store would steer clear of politics but alas here we are. I will never shop at a home-depot again.

Lousy customer service. Did curbside for wife to pick up on way home. Items missing. Called. Yep, didn't bring out one of the bags. Won't deliver. Another trip. Not the first time. When McDonald's drive-through has a better batting average it's time to step up your game.

DOOR DEPARTMENT SUCKSTo the door department: Tylor ordered a wrong size of the door. We waited almost 2 month for that door to be installed. Finally it arrived but with wrong size. I don’t know why but someone else was handling the situation but not the guy who designed it, it did make no sense. I went to talk to Tylor the next day, and he said they want someone else to handle it and also he pretended that he didn’t know what was going on. The lady spoke to me about the situation wasn’t even apologetic.I understand that people make mistakes sometimes but for the least show some apology.I see home depot completely differently now.

Set up an appointment on Saturday for someone to come to the house for a kitchen estimate on Monday @6pm. No one showed up, called the number provided and was advised that this service is not in place and would not be for 3-4 weeks. So much for this "new and improved" service.

BAIT and SWITCH!!!Ordered more than $4,000 of carpeting on the promise that once it was delivered to the installer it would be installed in a week.Happened to call for an update only to find out that the carpet was delivered to "superior installation" a day prior but never got a call to schedule installation. We then come to find out that installations are backed up 6 weeksSo I asked...since you can't meet you promise to install within a week apply me a credit for the cost of the installation and I'll find my own installer and pay any difference. Store managements response is ...sorry, our system doesn't allow that.Use their carpet installation service at your own RISK!!!!!!Their management team had no interest in helping find an amicable solution. Their suggestion was to cancel the order so that can wait 3 mos for an install.I've given these guys more then 75k in business in the last 3 years. This was truly disappointing. Too much competition to deal with their arrogance.

I had a nightmarish experiment with the window covering department. I picked out the blinds I wanted and gave them $50 for the installer. Next I went to Michaels and tried to use the same Visa credit card. Card was declined. I went home and called my credit card company. Someone had tried to scam my card three times for $600 each time at HD. My credit card company was smart enough to close that card. So I waited 1 1/2 weeks thinking HD was going to call to set installation date. They finally called saying their policy is for costumers to pay for everything in advance. To expedite things I had the blinds sent to my home. They arrived yesterday. This morning HD woke me saying they had ordered the wrong size on the blinds. At the beginning of this transaction I was using HD for the remodeling of another room. I hope they get this one right.
