Went in here with my mom in hopes to get some jeans and shorts after having a baby and clothes not fitting the way they used to. Had on my wearable breast pump, had my baby in his stroller, and was told when attempting to try things on that I could only bring so many items at a time and I couldn't bring my stroller into the fitting room or even my mom to help with my baby while I took off my pump and tried on some clothes. A woman who im assuming is the manager was very rude and said the fitting rooms are not big enough. I was always under the impression it was illegal to not have a handicap accessible fitting room but I guess Levi's doesn't seem to care or maybe they need to hire better managers. Have had issues trying to do online returns with this same woman before. Definitely not coming back to this location. Like what year is it that they aren't breastfeeding friendly or even stroller friendly

I had an amazing experience with the Levi’s store at St. Louis Premium Outlets. The team went above and beyond to help me with a jacket I had left behind, and I’m especially grateful to Rahad for his kindness and support. He not only followed up promptly, but also arranged for my jacket to be shipped to me — free of charge. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I walked in 8 minutes to close because I work all day like normal people and the mall closes at 7:00 p.m.) I needed to try on one pair of shorts I knew exactly what I wanted. There was a sign on the door that said fitting room closed. I asked if it was closed because they're closing in a few minutes and she said yes. This is the worst customer service ever when you won't let people try on clothes because they want to leave right at 8:00 and they don't want to clean up after you and stay later... not that a whole clean up from one person trying on one pair of shorts and then buying them would take any effort.

Worst customer service i’ve ever had. Walked out in tears, I will not be going back. Nobody cared to help with finding me a size and there were SEVERAL problems with the fitting rooms. Absolutely horrible

The associate, Kate, had a smile the entire time, extremely helpful with products and savings, and did a great job exhibiting product/customer service Levi’s represents.

I came to exchange / return an online purchase that didn’t fit, and the two people at the store were extremely helpful and patient (I forgot my red tab information). The store is clean, everything is well arranged and in the correct layout for each gender and size. I will be back when I have more time. It’s easier to shop in person than online for certain items like jeans and shirts. It was a pleasant experience for sure.

The clearance items have good prices, and sometimes the sales are nice. However, I've found that the deals online are often a bit better.
They had opened the fitting rooms last time I was in, so you can try items on in-store now. The fitting rooms had been closed since the pandemic.

They closed the fitting rooms a full hour before closing time. We couldn’t try anything on so we left.
