Daniel was great picking up my vehicle from work. Brandon did a great job dropping it off and gave me a courtesy call. Oil change only took a couple hours, very convenient service to have while you’re at work!

Someone stole my car. When it was recovered. It was sent to Lou Fusz for repairs. I met Sam, he's is the go to guy. He treated me like I was more than just a customer. Great personality fun to work with. And most of all my car was fixed. Now I'm back in business ?.Thanks Sam..

Had a great experience purchasing a new Ford Explorer Limited from Lou Fusz Chesterfield! The sales staff went out of their way to find me the exact vehicle, along with the specific options, that I wanted. Especially helpful was my primary salesperson Machaela Byrne, who searched the Internet and finally found what I wanted, after finding out that five other Explorers that I was interested in were already sold! So she eventually located the exact car I wanted which was 70 miles away, and she drove there to pick it up and bring it back. I really appreciate the time she spent with me locating the vehicle and later going over the paperwork, explaining the benefits of the optional protection plans that Fusz offered, explaining the various features of the car, etc. Machaela was very professional, courteous, informative, knowledgeable, friendly and -- yes, good-looking! But I swear that had nothing to do with me buying the car from her!! ? Also very helpful was Bijan Porshahidy who worked with me on the financing, warranties, Title application, etc. Overall, it was a very enjoyable purchasing experience -- and of course the car is totally awesome!

I was in town, visiting family and my Ford F-150 wouldn’t start. I had it towed to Lou Fusz Ford and explained my situation to Brad in the service department. He got me in as soon as possible. They had the part in stock and I was back on the road in a day. The Lou Fusz service department was friendly, prompt and professional. I recommend them highly.

I went to Lou Fusz Ford after my salesman (Luke) called me about a truck I had been searching for. The truck was exactly what I was looking for and the process was handled quickly and professionally by the team at Lou Fusz. Highly recommend Luke and this dealership.

The waiting area has free coffee, snacks and TV. Plugs everywhere to charge your phone if you need to and a private bathroom. The customer service is on point. I completely forgot I purchased tires here in January and was ready to pay $60 for a rotation and I was reminded it was free ?. Got me in and out in a little more than an hour. Watched price is right and ate some chips.

I brought my Ford Fusion in for three Ford service recalls on Thursday, September 14, at 8 am, even though my appointment was for 10 am. So I was even early that day. When I scheduled, the program for the three items was known. I was told that "MAYBE" all three could not be completed in one day. In that case, I should have my car ready the following day (Friday). I was also assigned a "care person", who - I naively assumed - would be the one to keep me posted on how things went.At the end of Thursday, NOBODY called me to let me know my car was not ready. I waited til the last minute, then I called in to ask about that. I was told, the car is not finished, you can have it back tomorrow (Friday). I pointed out that I would really like to have somebody call me as soon as it was finished. I was promised that. I live in downtown St. Louis, so it takes me a little while to reach them.Come Friday, NOBODY called me again, and at the end of that day, about one hour before closing, I called and found out, NO the car is not ready. Nice going!. I asked what was the hold-up. I was told the technician had difficulties replacing the locks on the two front doors. Since I (naively) thought, that at Lou Fusz, experienced and confirmed technicians do the work, this had me wondering why he couldn't do the job. All Ford Fusions have at least similar mechanisms for the front door. As I asked (out of curiosity) what exactly the difficulty was, nobody was there to give me the details.I was told that Saturday is not a working day, so I could not get my car on Saturday either. Monday would be the day when it should be ready. The car was NOT ready on Monday. The technician had still not figured out, how to put the door handle back together, according to the person who answered the phone (NOT my assigned advisor!).On Tuesday, again NOBODY called me to inform me of the progression of my car door handles. I called in at the end of the day, and was told it is ready. Well, by then, it was almost closing time, and too late to make it to Chesterfield on time, and so I had to wait til Wednesday the 20th of September, to go and get it back.Obviously, Lou Fusz does not feel that I even was owed an apology, since I did not get one! They just handed me the paperwork, the keys, and done.Nice going, Lou Fusz! Customer care is obviously a vocabulary that does not exist in that dealership, only on paper and in the commercials. And what was that business with the "customer care ambassador" or what fancy name you call the people who are assigned to a customer, all about? She was apparently busy with better things to do... or maybe she has way too many customers to take care of? Either way, a bad situation! Here is some free advice, Lou Fusz: Next time you schedule a service, where the necessary parts are KNOWN TO YOU the moment the service is scheduled, you might want to look into inventory, to make sure you got all parts on hand. If you don't, order them and call the customer in when the parts are ready to be used. I even said that to the person with whom I spoke the last time I called, but he said that "that's now how we do things here" Yup! That is true!Confiscating a car and making the customer wait for a week on what should have been a one day repair is unacceptable. Smart computers can be used for ordering and track-keeping of parts, to make sure you've got what you need. Don't call me in first and then discover that you got nothing on hand to actually do the work! (This is what I suspect, really happened) I call this UNPROFESSIONAL.

This is one of the worst experiences ever. We were wanting to buy a Honda Ridgeline that Lou Fusz had in stock. It was a 1 year old truck with only 5000 miles. We live over 3 hours away and worked with the salesman (John) o line and by phone. My husband asked multiple times about damage or whether it had been in an accident. We asked for pictures and even a video. From what we were given it looked great. When we arrived we noticed the repaired damage on the side of the truck. It was obviously repaired after an accident and repaired poorly. John acted surprised. We talked to the manager and was told it was their shop that tried to fix it....so they knew. This will be reported to the BBB. We were 500 dollars for a minimum of 3000 dollars of needed repairs. That was the estimate from a body shop they sent us to. Beware of thise deceptive business

I was looking at used vehicles online for a little while, trying to find something that I like. The selection was good, and the process was very easy. I had access to all the necessary information, and I was able to research the vehicle that seemed right for me. I called to confirm that the car was still available, and I talked to Machaela, and she was able to answer all my questions and get the process started. I was able to test drive the car and then purchase it fast. The rest of the staff were helpful as well. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

If you buy a Ford, don't buy from Lou Fusz. We bought a 2020 4 months ago. It was in the shop twice. They didn't catch these bad parts in the inspection before selling to us. The negligence of Lou Fusz shouldn't come out of my bank account. They don't believe in customer service or standing behind their product. Avoid Lou Fusz at all costs.

Worth the wait. (Updated 8/29/2023)I ordered my Bronco from Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield on 10/13/2021. 602 days later I picked my custom ordered Bronco up on 6/7/2023. During that wait, I worked with 3 different salesmen: Bijan, Paul, and Collin. All 3 were very personable. Bijan actually moved from sales into financing during my wait and was the one who helped finalize all of my financing paperwork. The General Sales Manager, Cory Laneman, helped locate and apply the Model Year Transition Offer in the amount of $2,595.00. Due to the increases in 2023 alone in the price of the Ford Bronco, I should receive an additional $4,350.00 in Retail Price Protection from Lou Fusz Ford 60-90 days after the purchase date on 6/7/2023. As I write this now, 6/7 was only 56 days ago, so I am not in that window yet. That window is 8/6/2023 - 9/5/2023, and I will update my review accordingly with the outcome of the Retail Price Protection. All in all, it was a pleasant experience working with Lou Fusz Ford, and I would recommend them.****UPDATE****Received a check from Lou Fusz Ford for price protection for $4,050.00 last week. It is about $300 short from what I believe it should have been but was assured at time of purchase that all they do is receive the funds from Ford and then cut a check to the customer. Without being able to see the paper trail myself, it is either 1. My understanding of price protection (which I thoroughly researched) 2. Lou Fusz held back some as some sort of % processing fee or 3. Ford sent a reduced amount to the dealer.Overall, I am still pleased with my experience at Lou Fusz Ford. I will be having my first service with them in the next couple of months and will update my review with my service experience.

I took my car into this Ford dealership for the first time because it was the only place that could get me in before 09/18. My car wasn’t drivable, and I couldn’t wait until 09/18 since I share the car with my son and husband. My appointment was at 7am on 08/29 and it took until 9am the next day to tell me it was the rear brake hose and it would be $660. My advisor was accommodating by sending me a breakdown of charges, and I found most of it was due to the 2 hours of labor at $180/hr they said it would take. That is on top of the $180 I’m already paying for the diagnostic. So I called 2 other Ford dealerships and a local repair shop to ask how much labor they would charge, and they quoted 1.1 - 1.3 hrs between all 3 places. I expressed my disappointment to my advisor about the inflated price, and asked to speak to someone about it. I was given no response. That was after being told that it would be today before my car was done because they had to order the hose. I find it extremely hard to believe that a Ford dealership doesn’t have a brake hose for a Ford vehicle in stock. My gut tells me that if I had kept my mouth shut and didn’t argue the $660, that the part would have been in stock and I would have had my car back yesterday. Thanks to the extremely slow service and the brake hose they said they had to order, my son had to miss 2 days of and work.
