Ordered an item online. Waited a few weeks to be delivered only to be updated to a returned status since it eventually went out of stock. Not sure how that is possible when there was still stock a few days after. Disappointing to wait then not even reflect accurately.

This location in Lake Saint Louis is horrible!!! The GM Joyce is a terrible manager/leader. Joyce is from Walmart and explains it all! Theirs a few good staff members there if you can find them, although their employees are underpaid & overworked for their skills. Go to shop at Chesterfield or Wentzville Lowe's.

2 associates in the lumber section -- Tyler and Aaron -- went above and beyond helping me pick up some fence pickets today.
That said, one of the supervisors decided to interrupt them helping me to complain to one of them about how they're doing their job. It was a really disrespectful conversation and doing so in front of a customer makes it even worse. It was weird and I felt bad for the associates.

Don't try to get a quote from this company on household blinds/shades. I have spoken with several people, can name names but I will hold off. No one has followed through with the promise to quote my blind needs. Trying to call the store to follow up is awful with their AI phone prompts. Good luck getting a manager to pick up the phone. Left a message at 9:30 AM, no call back by 5 PM. Imagine if there is a an issue with a product, it would be awful to resolve with this company.

Two employees stood around and watched me struggle with the self checkout because there are no cashiers at this location. I forgot that I worked at Lowes on my day off... Why pay people if they aren't going to help the customers do the work the employees should be doing???

Please do not buy anything from the store. They sold me a defective brand new hot water heater, and then the return process was one of the most horrid experiences of my life. Not to mention the lady who tried to execute the return has no idea what she’s doing gave me the return back in a fashion that I did not appreciate and just said well it’s my fault because I don’t know how to do it. What is excuse for being lazy and not understanding your job. The ladies name is Dakota. The bad part about it is the manager came over and did not even try to fix the problem.
