NEVER BUY FROM LOWES! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
Bought a fridge that went out under warranty, had a tech out to look at it, and said he would need a part.....1 week later he forgot about me, and told me he needed 2 parts......1 week later, he said one part is unavailable (Lowe's still sells this fridge mind you). So I was going to get a refund (as a gift card....this is important for later). I tried to order a new fridge, and set a delivery date for 1 week out (earliest available). Well the fridge was clearly dropped off a truck, as it was in unimaginable shape....but worked. I begged the delivery driver to leave me the fridge because it at least worked.....it had been a month at this point I am fridgeless (got 3 kiddos too). The worker told me there was no way to leave the fridge, but someone would be calling me to get a replacement.
They called me and immediately said.....well why didn't the driver just leave you the operational fridge.....we do it all the time. So the lady called my driver back 15 minutes after he had left my house. She called me back to inform me that he had driven all the way back to the warehouse and unloaded the damaged fridge and wouldn't be able to bring it back to me (the warehouse is over 15 minutes from my house mind you). So after that lie, we set went about setting up for a new delivery.....SURPRISE! no fridge available for another 3 weeks. So Lowes wanted me to go over 2 months now without a fridge that was basically missing a screw part from one they still sell!
Now I just want out. SCREW LOWES! Nope, they wont let you. I got back on customer service (this is hours of phone calls mind you) and the lady says they will issue me a full refund (not a gift card refund), so I can buy a fridge somewhere else who can deliver it reasonably. I had to have this before I bought my other fridge, as I cannot afford to buy a new fridge and have a lowes gift card. She promised me (a multitude of times) that it would go back on my credit card.
Well 10 business days later I have no refund, so I call back in, and the lady says....oh well....the refund I see is processed, but is just sitting out here. So basically if I had not called back in, they wouldn't have done anything. Obviously, this lady tells me they cannot issue a refund back to my credit card and that I have to have a gift card, but I can take it to a store and see if a store will just give me cash for it (news flash....they won't).
So here I sit on another 52.09 minutes (and counting) phone call with customer service. As I have had my new fridge delivered (within 2 days by the nicest Costco people ever). Well now I am up shits creek, since Lowes will not give me the credit card refund and I have bought a fridge elsewhere.
Oh, and to boot, the original fridge that was delivered damaged, the delivery guys left a whole bunch of that Styrofoam packing stuff all over my yard when they left.
Seriously lacking customer support from tip top to driver bottom. This company has lost its customer service drive/desire, and probably won't issue a refund because they have no money anymore because they screwed every customer over.
DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES!!!!!

So I ordered nails for my nail gun and you wouldn’t believe how my package arrived. To start the package was torn and most of the containers for the nails exploded inside the bag, mixing all the different sizes together… now I have the miserable miss fortune of sort it all out just to make heads or tails of it…. Packaging down right sucks!!!

Called with a complaint. Was told it was at the stores digression. Try to buy a floor mode. Last one in the store. Discontinued. Took 45 min. to be told no. After driving 1.5 hours one way. Looked at item on line to make sure they had one. Lowe's needs to get a handle on there stores. There is no customer service at there stores anymore. Just employees hanging out waiting on a paycheck. As far as I can tell. Looks like I'm stuck with manards super center. The lumber yard is dead.

I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO POST THIS REVIEW 5 (FIVE) TIMES NOW (on Lowe’s website). They have not allowed one of my reviews to be posted and three are outside the 72 hour period.
Purchased the freezer on Black Friday and was provided a December 21, 2024 delivery date (needed no later than 12/24). Received a call from the delivery vendor (not even Lowe’s) on 12/4 advising me the delivery date was being pushed to early February 2025. I was transferred to a Lowe’s representative and advised the delivery date had been changed to 1/17/25 because the product was out of stock. Loews’ customer rep was condescending and rude, insisting I was to blame bc I purchased the item at a discount. The rep hung up on me while I was waiting to speak to a supervisor, 25 minutes wasted. Another 40 plus minutes to be offered 10% off an LG comparable freezer that cost $270 more than list price ($324.90 more than purchase price). I believe this is called Bait-and-Switch. So disappointed in Lowe’s and they have lost this customer, not that they seem to care. Very underhanded and unethical business practices.

Ordered 5 kitchen appliances from Lowes, Chillicothe MO Oct 31 2024.All except the Wall Oven were installed a week apart..which was annoying, but at least I did get them. The Wall Oven has been scheduled twice thru CRST..Dec 3 and Dec 6, both dates NO Shows. No one called me, I had to call them to see what the problem was. The Lowes people are very apologetic and nice and state they do not know whats going on and this is not customary for Lowes. CRST is totally incompetent. I'm tired of the run around!! This dealing with CRST scheduling is a cluster, to say the least. Currently, they will call me back on Monday, Dec 9....then I'll get to schedule another appt which will probably be yet another week. Im pretty much finished with Lowes, but would at least like to the get the Wall Oven, which is paid for. It is setting at the Chillicothe Store waiting for install. Whatever happened to buying locally and getting a local install??

Five-Star customer service and delivery.
Well my fridge went out and not only did you bring it the next day, but the delivery company, called “rocket delivery LLC”, provided service that was unbelievably efficient , and the driver, Sway Cruz, was the epitome of “professional”.
I hope you continue to use their delivery service in the future!!!

Lowe's was a great company years back. Now it's worrying about numbers for stock price.
If you would train people to provide great customer service, sales will take care of lots of your problems!

Worst experience to date. Last year I ordered carpet and had to return to the store 3 times because they messed up the order. When the carpet arrived, it was the wrong carpet. Had to wait three more days to get the correct carpet.
I thought I would give them one more chance. I ordered an all in one washer dryer. It was delivered July1, 2024. The company that installed it said that Lowes delivered the wrong hose. I called the company on July 3 and they said they would have the right hose delivered. Lowes delivery called me on July 5 and said they would not deliver the hose. I called the Ballwin Lowes and spoke to the manager and she saidd she would get it delivered. I called again on July 6 and 7, 2024 7 times before anyone picked up the phone. The manager said she would get it taken care of because the men were coming back on July 8th to install it. I called on July 8th and was sent to Appliances. They said they would put in a delivery for Wednesday for the hose to be delivered because they did not have it in stock. I waited until noon on Wednesday and called the delivery people who said they did not have an order for me. The men were sitting at my house waiting to install the appliance. Again I called Lowes but it took 4 tries to get the manager. I had knee surgery and was not supposed to drive but she said they had the hose so I drove to Lowes and picked it up. Worst customer service ever. This is my last time shopping a Lowes.

lowes=LOW quality appliances & low IQs. Still waiting for someone to reach out & take accountability for dropping our dryer in the street & breaking the motor bracket.

Why do you only have self check outs available if you do t trust your customers? Rang up all of our items only to have an employee come over to count and recount the items rang up versus the items we had. Which we rang everything but the aggravation of doing it ourselves to only have it checked and rechecked it really unacceptable.

Probably the worst customer service ever. I purchased an Ego trimmer and part of the purchase was a free battery. The associates refused to honor the promotion and I spoke with 2 customer service reps that refused to send me the battery and wanted me to go through the trouble of taking the trimmer back and then purchase the same one online. Now I remember why I stopped shopping at Lowe’s.

DON'T GO TO LOWES!
I ordered a dishwasher on February 28. I was told it would arrive on the 7th of March. Didn't hear from anyone until the 12th. The Dishwasher showed up damaged. The installer took it back to the store and wrote up a report. I was called and informed I would receive a replacement, that this "HAPPENS ALL THE TIME." They also said that they can't tell me when it will arrive.
Today I was called and informed via a message that my order was canceled (by me, and I NEVER canceled it.) and that if I want a dishwasher I need to come to the store and order a new one or buy one in store, but it will probably cost more. Then I was informed that there is NO refund on installation.
INSTALATION that never took place... I am on the phone waiting to speak to someone(waiting for 20+ minutes now).
Based on this call, I may be speaking with my lawyer. This is just all-around bad business.
