Already saw the terrible service they have received while trying to get their cpap supplies....I have had an awful time for 7 days going back and forth with local office in Chesterfield MO and have even gone to the store twice. This medical need of necessity is crazy....it gets faxed and no one seems to know where it is...I will certainly switch suppliers when I can. Terrible local service. I am told they have supplies locally...they DON'T....

Rented a wheelchair from Med Resources. Eventually decided to buy the same wheelchair. Considering the fact that we wanted to pay them $715, they were extremely difficult to deal with by telephone (they were given a credit card to charge and never did so, and when called back they said they needed to get another call and would call back but never did.).Would not recommend this place - very poor customer service. Eventually had to go in person to pay. In person was told by one staff person that a purchase order was needed or they couldn’t do this (which is ridiculous because it was an individual, not an organization, that was purchasing it.).Another staff person was much more helpful - but we should not have had to go in person to take care of this.

Customer service is poor and the equipment is poor quality. I have been without CPAP for a week. They know that each year they have to have proof the equipment is "medically necessary" but are in no way proactive about checking with the doctor when they know this is coming up. Always a hassle to order supplies. As soon as I am eligible for a new CPAP machine I am changing providers. Sorry I have to even give them one star.

Terry Bueneman helped me with my CPAP machine. He was very knowledgeable with the CPAP machine. He answered all my questions in detail and in satisfactory manner. I would strongly recommend Terry for CPAP machine questions.

After suffering a severe injury, I needed a wheelchair, and quickly. I called Med Resources and they immediately began contacting my physician and insurance company to expedite the process. Within 24 hours, I had a premium wheelchair delivered to my front door.Not only did they take care of everything, the manner in which they did it was wonderful. Their customer service was excellent. I highly recommend using Med Resources for all of your medical equipment needs.

I called on Monday and Tuesday and left a message for customer service. I received no call- back. I have called this Wednesday and left a message for an OT who was responsive and helped me in the past.

Is been over a month and still no mask. Three times they said there would be a call back, zero. Only person's that were helpful was receptionist and therapist. Stay away from this company.

We arrived promptly at 9 am, when the business opens, to find the door locked and lights off. We waited a few minutes and finally decided to leave when it was apparent no one was inside the retail store yet. We arrived when the business opened due to the need to get to work ourselves and it ended up wasting our time completely. Very inconvenient.

This company has a practice of overcharging for medical supplies through insurance companies resulting in a much higher out of pocket cost for the user. The product cost submitted to my insurance was over twice the price that it retails and since the hospital provided it, I wasn't able to shop around for an alternative. When I called MedResource about it, they obviously didn't care. If you have the option of using another supplier, I would highly recommend it.

I have waiting for over a week for to deliver a functional air mattress for my brother. They sent someone out to fix which isn't fix. So I called and the nurse has called. Now it worst and it's the holiday weekend so I know it will be sometime next week before it fixed

I have been a customer of this Chesterfield location for four years and I have had great help, customer service, and received great products whether they were ordered from Medicare or purchased by me ... my Podiatrist recommended them for my special need shoes because this store doesn't do the standard "cookie cutter" solutions for people with foot problems ... they actually cut apart the sole on the shoes I ordered and widened them even more for me! And, the first shoe like this that they did for me still is holding up like new!

Long history with this company. Actually, I was told by professional staff that I had no other choice but to use this company. I checked again with the person, who then would not look at me, and she said yes, this was my only resource. I do not believe it was true. I have found out so much since I finally got out of the hospital and and the transitional therapy that I have not nor did I get what I was supposed to get from this company. Weekly tubes for breathing. There is so much more plus the company caused me to be in the hospital the last time and consequently the therapy place because the MEDICAL GUY HOOKED UP MY OXYGEN UNIT INCORRECTLY when he finally came out. It was causing me NOT to get oxygen as the tubing was balling up, and I didn't know I was not getting enough oxygen. I passed out and found out that I was back in the hospital due to oxygen deprivation. The machine had the smallest tube line possible put onto it by the person when he last came out. This has caused me to probably need to be on oxygen the rest of my life instead of being able to get off of it because before this happened my improvement was good. This did damage to my lung's ability to function. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Don't believe it if someone tells you that you have to use this company. I was totally unaware of how things are supposed to work.

Terrible communication, incompetent invoicing and horrible customer service. That's all you need to know about this company. I would recommend finding another supplier of your medical equipment needs.

Chesterfield location. It was thanksgiving eve and I was in need of a hinged locking left arm brace after a surgery. I had contacted 3 other medical supply companies to get one with no luck. The 3rd company recommended calling Med Resources. I called and spoke to Sheryl, she was very pleasent and also said they had one in stock. They were able to get me in and fitted within an hour of my phone call. Courtland fitted me for my brace and was very knowledgeable explaining all the details I needed to know about the brace and some good info about the recovery. I had great experience with the staff at this location and highly recommend them.
